Anti-Gravity Treadmill® gives geriatric patients and their physical therapists the confidence to take a larger step forward in their therapy than previously possible. By incorporating our rehab treadmills in their clinics, physical therapists can:

  • Safely improve patients’ mobility, and as a result, increase independence during day-to-day activities and improve wellness.
  • Provide a fail-safe environment, giving elderly patients the confidence to walk further, faster, and with a more normal gait.
  • Reduce patient discomfort and risk of injury, as well as hesitancy during walking Mobility with Confidence.
  • By increasing patients’ mobility and confidence, the Anti-Gravity Treadmill can provide the key to greater independence and improve the quality of life for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

With AlterG's revolutionary, unweighting rehab treadmill, skilled nursing facilities can help patients improve their mobility and strength in a fall safe environment. And with it, patients experience greater freedom, independence, overall wellness, and as a result, improved quality of life.

I recently spent 7 weeks at Willow Crest, although I do not exactly remember my early stay. The nursing staff was excellent. Even though they were extremely busy, I felt that they took time to respond to my needs. The therapy staff was wonderful and quickly got me back on my feet (literally). The rooms were kept clean and fresh linens and ice were delivered first thing in the morning. The beds were made daily as well. The food was good and I liked the fact that I was able to choose a substitution that I preferred. There were a variety activities offered. My friends on the outside could not believe that I was involved in sing along groups but it was fun and a great way to meet people. Overall, most of the CNAs did a wonderful job. Of course, there were some bad apples, but that happens at any job. No facility is perfect, but I would highly recommend Willow Crest to those who need temporary or long term assistance.

My mom was there for a year. She had great care and the staff was wonderful. The facility was always very clean.

Over all I believe the facility is pretty good. The staff was for the most part kind and corteous however there did seem to be a few individuals that looked as if they did not want to be there, but then again who among us wants to be at work.My wife's grandfather seemed to enjoy his stay there never had much of a complaint about anyone or anything in particular. The only negative things he said were along the lines of wishing he was at home which I could understand completely.I noticed that the menu for meals was rather meager and the activities could get old fast after staying there for some time.
