Bickford of Moline had a very good, very friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. The place was very clean and the apartments were well-maintained. The kitchenette we saw was smaller than what my mom would have liked, but the dining area was very nice and clean. They had plenty of staff that helped the residents. They also had outings planned and an events calendar set up that showed the different things that they do every day.

Overall, Bickford of Moline was nice; however, room-wise, the other community was the best. The location was fine; it was very accessible. They're well-staffed. All of them were very good and very informative.

I chose Bickford of Moline because my parents could have pets there. It's small, and they could get outside and get some fresh air. The staff is wonderful. They helped us all along the way, and they answered all the questions that we didn't know. Our first experience has been good. They have a calendar of activities. They've encouraged them, but they have not taken part in any of that yet.
