DL is understaffed with poor leadership. There’s been four different directors in 12 months. Communications are lacking between staff & relatives of residents. Activities offered are very few.

What I like about Dimensions Living Prospect Heights is that it's a smaller community. They have it broken down into 3 different neighborhoods, memory, skilled nursing, and assisted living. They seem to pay a lot of attention to their residents and have lots of activities for them. I toured the assisted living part. The staff who I met was very good, very detailed, and gave me information about the residents and what programs they have to offer. The facility is very clean. They have a salon, and a courtyard, and it's right up against a golf course so it has a nice view. Everything is also well-groomed.

It was very nice, but they didn't have what I needed. The staff was very professional, nice, and upfront. The dining area was nice, and they had a weight room.
