Heritage Woods is a really nice and safe community. The apartments are like hotels rooms. Some are one bedroom, and some are studio apartments. They have swimming. They have nurses that will take care of you. They clean your apartment. They have a big dining where they have meals three times a day. It is like living in a hotel.

Heritage Woods of Plainfield is a beautiful community. It is clean, and it is welcoming. The people working there are so kind, caring, and helpful. They take time to answer your questions and your concerns. When mom moved in, they had one of the residents assigned to her show her around and make her feel welcomed. They had a beautiful welcome sign on her door and in their foyer. They had several residents as well as the staff welcoming her calling her by name. I was very pleased, and everyone there including the move in coordinator is very nice. The place is just immaculately kept. My mom has a one-bedroom, and it is very spacious. She has a little kitchen area with a small refrigerator that has a little freezer on the top of it. She has a little microwave, a sink, and a place to put her little dishes. Her family room area is lovely. It has room for the TV and overstuffed chair or rocking chair. The bedroom is very spacious. The bathroom is lovely, and it has a walk-in shower with a big seat. We've even seen their studio apartment which is just a room with a big bathroom, and they are lovely too. My mom wanted a little bit more space than the studio; that is why she chose the one-bedroom. Heritage Woods is closer to us, and it is newer.

Heritage Woods is a very nice facility. But it's way too expensive because they would take my entire social security check. The staff is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and very nice. The food is excellent, too. They have bingo, puzzles, playing ball, and everyone talks about the day that they had. It's very nice.
