Washington Villas of Hollybrook was very updated, nice, clean, has friendly staff, and is very knowledgeable. The rooms were very spacious and well taken care of; they were private. The dining room had a nice space. How the setup looks were, they had like an area where you can go up and get your food, or they or they would serve you whatever you want or whatever your needs would be. It was kind of almost like a buffet, and then they also have a separate dining area, it's like a 50's style restaurant. It was very, very nice. They showed me the salon, and there's an area like a hot tub and a whirlpool one person at a time, and they have a massage room, then a physical therapy room, and a theater.

My friend's mom lives in Washington Villas of Hollybrook. Their staff seems very nice and very helpful, but I know she complains that they seem to have a fairly high turnover, like they have a lot of different staff. Her mom is not real happy about that, because as soon as she gets into a relationship with some staff members or learns their names, they leave. Then they asked the residents, "Get to know somebody else." Other than that, it seems to be a very nice place, and the staff seems very nice.
The buildings are like little apartments. There's a little living room, and a little area for dining with a little dinette table. It's also got a small kitchenette, a refrigerator, sink, microwave, counter tops, a large bathroom, and a large bedroom with a nice big walk-in closet. One day, we went down to have cheeseburgers at their little diner, and it was very good.

Washington Villas of Hollybrook was very nice. The rooms were very large. The staff that we had contact with seemed very nice, very competent, and very pleasant to work with.

Washington Villas of Hollybrook is a very nice and first-class facility. The food was great and the dining area was very cheerful and beautiful inside and out. They had a lot of nice outdoor areas for gardening and raised flower and vegetable beds. They had fireplaces and plenty of seating. The rec room had a pool table.

The Villas of Holly Brook in Washington was lovely. The only thing was how they served their food. It was cafeteria style, which will be difficult for elderly people on wheelchairs, crutches, and the like. I questioned them on that and they said they can always have somebody from the staff help those people. They had some really nice places for different activities like for jigsaw puzzles and they also had a library. I liked the way the apartments were set up. You could walk outdoors and have a little area there where you could sit, which was very nice. It was just a little bit more expensive than the others I have toured. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Washington Villas of Hollybrook is very nice and fairly new. Their apartments are very nice, and I like that they're all on the ground floor. They have a nice spa room, exercise room, and dining area, plus a private dining area if you want to have your family in. They're building on and doubling in size. I enjoy it. They have a four-season room, which is in a central location, with a pool table, tables for puzzles, a TV, fireplace, and a little dining area where you can have larger families in if you want to bring in pizza. It's a really nice place. My parents have actually been there, and the staff does a very good job.

Washington Villas was good and a bit older but nice. They were very friendly, but the girl who was supposed to give us the tour wasn’t in, so one of the staff members stepped away from her duties and took us on the tour instead. I have some questions that the girl could not answer, so she had the original girl call me the next day. She explained to me that they had a shuttle service for shopping trips for the residents to the grocery store and doctors' appointments.

We ended up putting my dad in Washington Villas of Holly Brook. He has only been there for a week, but I think it is a perfect fit for him. He loves it. The staff is great. I love Angela, the director. She is great. They are on top of things. If he has to have an appointment made, they make it and refill prescriptions. They are very good. The have an activities director and a card group.
