My husband was a resident at Timbercreek for two months this year and his care was exceptional: highly professional, loving and yet personal. All of his needs were met in a timely manner. Excellent therapy, great dining experience and social activities were much appreciated. When needed, I myself would apply to Timbercreek.

My father is a dialysis patient, and Timbercreek was the only nursing home that would do the transport. His treatment has been very good. His dialysis is from 10:30 to 2:30, so he misses lunch, and they will pack lunch to take with him. They do all the transport when he has to go to the doctor for anything. They have a physician there at the facility, but they still transport him to the hospital and they'll transport my mom with them. It's very good. They're very family oriented. I'm very comfortable with where he is. Their physical therapy rehab is above and beyond. It's amazing. I've spent 10 days there, and family is allowed to come and eat, which is super cheap. With the exception of their breakfast because dad doesn't like their eggs, I've never heard him complain about their food. I live in Florida, and they keep me in the loop. I did have an issue the day after we put my dad there, and I went to the RN and the administrator, and it was all resolved; we have not had one problem at all since that time. It's been wonderful. It's a big, clean facility. They've constantly got something going on, even if it's just to gather a bunch of people watching a baseball game because they've got four community rooms. He's getting very good care.

They have been kind to my husband at Timber Creek Rehab and Healthcare Center. He is progressing slowly. They were nice to him. Sometimes, they are not really quick about answering calls. They are shorthanded. They need to hire more people, and it looks kind of run down like it needs some repair and refurbishing.

If I could there would be no star.Maybe a sad face.My Mom was there two weeks and was a fall risk. Two weeks was all it took for her to lose weight, be dehydrated, have one bath, and break her hip.And one day after their negligence they billed my dad 8900 dollars. They billed him clear through the end of next month and she won't even be there. Please don't even consider sending a family member there!!!
