Assisted Living at Lexington Square is a licensed floor and is part of our care spectrum that is ideal for residents who don’t want to, or shouldn’t, live alone. We take great care to customize assistance that reflects close attention to each resident’s needs and preferences. Every plan is individualized and flexible. As wants and needs change, we adjust accordingly.
Assisted living residents enjoy thoughtfully designed services and amenities, including:
- Specialized daily activities / Three meals per day in Assisted Living dining room
- Twenty-four hour care staff dedicated to Assisted Living Residents
- Pendant emergency button
- Weekly housekeeping
- Weekly flat laundry and linen service
- Personal laundry as needed
- All utilities including cable TV and telephone
- 10% discount off the semiprivate room rate at any of the Lexington Health Care Centers when services are needed – for rental residents only

Everyone at Lexington Square of Lombard was very nice and helpful. It was very clean, which I liked. I think they were taking great precautions for Covid. It seems like they had a lot of great amenities for the residents. We got a tour of a communal area where they could sit and watch movies. We got a tour of the hair salon as well as other common spaces like a cafe. I thought it was a nice space for the folks that live there.
We looked at a studio and a one-bedroom and they seemed very nice and well kept. Nothing is worn out or outdated, so that was nice to see. It's just at this point, the financial cost of it is kind of what's stopping us. I didn't see any activity. We went at 6:00 at night, so it was a little bit later, but I've heard they do movie nights and different games. At some point, they did outings and events. I don't know how that is being affected with Covid, but I know they had things like that.
The dining area was very nice, very spacious, and very clean. No one was in there because maybe we were even there later than 6. Dinner was already over at that point and I don't know how many people are allowed in there with Covid and all of that, but it seemed very clean. It almost looked like a restaurant, which was kind of nice.

My mother-in-law spent the last few months of her life at Lexington Square. The staff was attentive, caring, and wonderful! They really went above & beyond for my MIL and our family. The facilities were clean. I highly recommend Lexington Square!
