I toured The Sheridan at River Forest Senior Living. I didn't like the fact that I didn't get a clear idea that it was not independent living. It's more of an assisted living facility, and since I was looking for independence, I was not happy with the arrangement in the apartment. The rooms were ok, they were small and they did not have a complete kitchen. The place looked clean and organized, but there aren't any exterior grounds to the place. The staff was very helpful.

I had an in-person tour of The Sheridan at River Forest. They took me around the whole building. The tour experience was very delightful. I want to move there myself. They have a chef on staff. The place was very elegant, upscale, and beautiful. They have a spa, a workout room, and a sun terrace. The dining room was beautiful with white cloth tables. The rooms were very nice, larger than I thought, beautiful, with nice lighting and windows.
