Family friendly environment. The staff will treat you like you were their own family . The rooms are amazing and the perfect size with multiple options to choose from . Residents enjoy all the activities including music programs , bingo and gardening . Therapy services , lab services , nurse practitioner services , laundry , cleaning , transportation etc are all available in-house . It’s been a blessing to be able to work in this place with wonderful people around me all the time . My husband teases me all the time because I’m jamming in my car before I get to work every day . Exciting place to work !!! Love it !!!

Bloomington Fox Creek Villas and Reflections was very nice and huge. I think my dad would get confused on the floor plan because it seemed like everything was everywhere, but it was really nice and very clean. It was beautiful. It was very, very pretty. They have a movie theater and a beauty salon. They have about everything. The staff member was very informative and very friendly. She was excellent. The dining room was bright and nice. The whole place was bright. It was big and very nice. They have a memory care, too. It was everything you could ask for. I can't remember all of that, but they have everything.

I made a personal tour to the Villas of Holly Brook for my dad. It is very nice. I am familiar with it as I have an aunt that lives there. I went through the virtual tour of their amenities, but I did not get an on-site tour of them, but they have quite a number. I think it would be very appropriate for my dad's needs. Even though I visit my aunt I never really got in to see all the facility or talk to anyone that's really been there and can talk about the quality of the food or anything, but I'm very impressed with the cleanliness and the atmosphere.

My parents are at Villas of Holly Brook & Reflections (Formerly Bloomington Fox Creek Villas and Reflections). It was close to one of their children. It was a newer facility. It had everything that they would need, and it was in their price range. The director is awesome. They've really helped with everything. It's been a good experience. Their room is nice; they keep it updated and everything is working as it should be. It's good for them. Because it's a smaller facility, you get to know everybody and there's a lot of involvement, and a lot of good communication. From what my parents have said, the food is kind of a hit and miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. They have good activities.
