My loved one lives here and I am really surprised by the staff. They are mostly caring and go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. The business cards for the director and nursing director even include their cell phone numbers which makes me feel comfortable. So far, my family has been really pleased.

I was very disappointed in the nursing care in this facility. My aunt fell twice and lay on the floor for awhile before anyone checked on her. The nursing staff also missed two urinary tract infections. I would not recommend this facility to another family..

My mom has been in Aurora Supportive Living for two months, and it is good. Everybody is really good to me. Everyone is pretty supportive and happy. I feel pretty good about the intake situation and the nursing staff administering her medicine. They are very helpful. She's in a private room. It is spacious. She seems satisfied with the food. I would recommend them to others.
