My Mother was Resident for 4 years. She was very social person and took part in many of the wonderful activities offered. She camped, went fishing, visited the racetrack, participated in local parades and even attended a ballon fest. When she could no longer participate in these activities, she was taken care of with love and respect by the wonderful nurses, LEAs and management team. She made many friends during her time at Oakhill. We could not have asked for a better experience for her and our family.

Oak Hill was excellent and new. The people and rooms were nice. It seemed like they have a lot of programs, so it's a good place for old people. The staff was good, answered our questions, showed us the facility, and told us about their programs. They had two different rooms, one for assisted living and one for supportive and both were nice.

Oak Hill is definitely newer and cleaner. They have a lot of activities and a beautiful dining room with good food. They seemed to want to make people happy there.

Oak Hill Supportive Living Community was smaller, about 94 rooms or residents. In many ways, more intimate, but the apartments were like a large hotel room; they weren’t true apartments. However, once a resident’s assets were gone, they could still stay there, then Medicaid would take over, and they wouldn’t have to move from that facility. They had many wonderful activities, and I liked them a lot. I went and interviewed with the director and assistant, and I was given a tour. I met residents who were very happy, and the few staff that I met was very nice.

We went and saw Oak Hill, and I really it. I wished my mother would have gone there. They had a lot of activities. They had a little garden area for the people. The staff seemed very friendly, and all the people that we met certainly enjoyed staying there. I would recommend them to others.

My sisters and I were pleasantly surprised with the facility at Oak Hill. It was a nice tour given by the staff member. My parents had a chance to talk to several different people, and it was all a positive experience. We were able to see only one room as opposed to the other place where we saw several rooms. So it was kind of disappointing seeing only one room. But again, it was a positive experience, and we liked it.

I live in Oak Hill Supportive Living. It is brand new, so it is wonderful. They have a lot of things here that other communities don't have. They have a house for growing plants in the winter times, and then they have a garden outside that we use in the summer. They have a fire pit on their back patio, and they have three patios. They have a bath pit, which is sort of a whirlpool only for one person. The food is excellent. We have our own theater. Today they are taking us to retail shops, and we have a bus. We have been to pinnacle gardens. We have bingo and arts here. There are other things, and every day they have something going on.

We chose Oak Hill for our relative because of its proximity to us. It is a nice place. It is in the middle of town, and it is near everything. The staff is friendly, and they do everything. Everything is fine. The rooms are fine, and she has a studio. The food is good. It is like a restaurant: you can take two or three things off of a menu. They have everything when it comes to activities. You name it, they do it. There are too many to mention. They have activities going on all the time.

Oak Hill was great. The staff was very nice. It was set up for a lower income, but they did a great job with it. It was brand new and beautiful. It was only a year and half old. They also had similar activities as the others. However, the sizes of some of the common areas were a little smaller than the other places.

Oak Hill Supportive Living Community is an absolutely beautiful and wonderful place. It's only a year old and we were very pleased to get mom in it. She has a studio apartment. The staff is absolutely amazingly wonderful. I myself would go there. The amenities are just lovely. They have a dining room where you don't go to a line, you get to sit down and they give a menu. It's just beautiful. It's such a relief to know my mother is being cared for. We were so happy to get her in there.
