The staff are all excellent. Caring, attentive and professional. The facility is kept immaculate. Clean, pleasant, organized - beautiful. Highly recommend for a family member or friend.

I went to Arbor Terrace Glenview. The whole turnoff there was that the little bedrooms didn't have full kitchens, just a microwave. The units we saw were two stories. It's a newer property, and they provide everything. They provide all the meals. We didn't taste any food. We just talked to the staff. She gave us a really good tour. She was very, very nice, but it didn't work out. She was very knowledgeable and very, very kind. I liked her.
The dining area was really, really nice because it's a brand new facility. It was a little quiet though. They didn't have that interaction with people. It was a smaller place. Because of COVID, there was that long break. We saw one lady there, that's all. It seemed like pretty deserted and very ghostly. It was very fancy, though. The property was very beautiful, but it's missing that social aspect.
The staff introduced us to the activities director. She showed us the room where they engage and do arts and all that, but we didn't see people. We didn't see residents walking about. It was pretty quiet. It's nothing against the place; it just wasn't a fit for her. It's very clean and very nice.
