I went to Aspired Living of Westmont. Everything looked really updated. The staff was great. It's actually my number one. The rooms were all completely updated. They had granite, good views, and everything was super clean and smelled great. It was really, really nice. I was very impressed.

My husband moved into Aspired Living of Westmont. It's excellent. I really like that they have a keypad, and they can come and go if they want, so they are not bound by the time that somebody is sitting there at the desk to let people in and out. The physical community is excellent, and I have spoken to the director. She is excellent, too. They have all kinds of activities, but he is not really interested in any of those things, so he doesn't do them, which is fine. He is very independent, and he still drives, so it is a place to live in that is safe. To me, the price is on the high side, but it's worth it.

My aunt moved into Aspired Living of Westmont. So far, the care is good and bad. We expect a little bit more. They're not really responsive when she turns on her necklace, and she sometimes waits an hour before they come in and find out what she wants. She's wheelchair-bound, they give her 2 showers a week, and I thought every other day would be better. Her room is fine basically. They have a lot of agency nurses, so they really don't seem to care too much. She's been there just a month, so we have to give it time, but she likes the food. They offer bingo every other week, whereas, in the other place she's been, they offered it twice a week. She enjoyed that, and they could offer more. But they have activities, they have crafts, they have ThirstyThursday which is like a happy hour, they have people that come in and play music for them, and she stays busy overall.

Aspired Living of Westmont is a very nice facility. We didn't have a salesperson give us the tour, just the maintenance supervisor, so we didn't get a lot of information. Everything was nice, new, and modernized since it’s a new facility. They have single rooms, which are nice for one person. They had a café of some sort in the lobby area where the residents can get some coffee and some small items, and that was a nice little touch. The only questionable item was they have an unsupervised fitness room, so anybody could go in there, but if they get hurt, it might be a while before someone finds them. They seemed to have a list of activities and they take residents to various places as well.

I was highly impressed with Aspired Living of Westmont. It was kind of landlocked and it wasn't exactly close to where my daughter lives and where my mother-in-law's other relatives live, but as far as the facility, the amenities, the staff, and just everything, even the pricing, that clearly was my top choice. I told the gal who showed me around that I'd come live here. It's state-of-the-art. It's wonderful.

We like Aspired Living of Westmont. The place was new, nice, and clean. They offered lots of things. It's out on a major street, but that's OK. They don't have much grounds though. The rooms were nice.
