My parents have moved into Timber Creek - Lincoln. It's a nice, single-story place. All the apartments are in good condition. They come unfurnished. You get to bring your own furniture in, so they're comfortable with their own stuff. They offer their dining room, a rec room, a library, and they offer activities every afternoon. They have a caring staff. They fix the medicine. My folks need someone to take care of the medicine for them, so they make sure they get their medicine each day on time. They get three hot meals a day. They can go to the dining room and eat it. If they don't feel like they want to go to the dining room, they will bring a tray to their room, and they said it's good food. The only time I'm allowed to visit is in their room themselves. I can't be in any common areas because of COVID rules right now. I can't go to their library with them or the rec room or stuff like that. I see them doing bingo, and they had some veterans group come in and talk. They pull out the veterans that were in the home and they got recognition and a fruit basket. They play other games. They usually have one or two people working on a jigsaw puzzle. They have a pool table, but I don't really see anybody ever play that. They're easy to work with and they're very courteous. It's not new, but it still looks new. They do good with what they have. They're getting everything they need for what they got. They seem extremely friendly, extremely competent, and very obliging to the people there, not just my parents, but I see them work with everybody there. They seem kind.

Timber Creek was good. Everything was clean, and the room was really nice. They had an exercise room, served three meals a day, did housekeeping, and helped with showering. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and explained everything I needed. I would recommend it.

Timber Creek was a nice, new place. I was there because I took a fall. The people there were all nice. They had a car to take us to the doctor, but not on trips. There wasn't anything wrong, except for the person who ran it, and the food wasn't that good. I wouldn't advocate it because of my bad experience there.

Timber Creek Village was very nice and homey; I liked it a lot. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and very informative, and the people seemed really nice. Everything was neat and clean and very organized. I did not choose them because they were too expensive and a bit far from where I live. It was an hour away, so I think that would be a problem.

Timber Creek Village is right in the area where we live, and we like it. It's across from the Lincoln Hospital. We knew some of the people there. It's not like we're going into some place where everybody is strange. We like the person who gave us the tour. They go on bus trips, and they take them to the gambling boat in Peoria. They have an activity room, and everybody gathered for the Super Bowl. They're always doing something, and they get the people acquainted. We toured an apartment of a friend -- which was a one-bedroom -- and we liked it. They supply three meals and snacks. We can have anything in our room that doesn't have a flame. We can take our own grill, toaster oven, or crockpot. They have a refrigerator, a microwave, a little patio, and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. They also have a Jacuzzi, and the workers are very good.
