My husband has been with Theresa for 6 years. I am extremely happy with the care and caregivers. The caregiver to resident level is 4-5 to 1. You do not see that at the big corporate facilities. It is ALWAYS clean and bright with fresh flowers spotless facilities. The food is also amazing. They cook homemade meals, not processed , cheap food. They actually serve fresh fruit for a snack and with meals (you don't see this at the big over priced places) I highly recommend the small homes with individual care over the large corporate places with high turnover rates of CNA's. My husband has always been clean and well cared for! The communication is excellent if there is any concern. This is the way care should be done for the elderly!

I think that Theresa's Home Care is nice. They have a nice house and nice facilities. If my mom was more advanced, it would be good for her, but she's still a bit more active compared to the people living there currently. We took a tour and liked the place, including the quiet and the house atmosphere. But at the same time, it doesn't offer a whole lot more. The rooms were fine, they have a private room for one person only, and they also have rooms where two people can share at the same time. The place is clean, and the person running the place seems to be a very caring person. She does care about the place itself, and there's nothing lying around that makes me wonder what it's going to be. I don't know about their activities. When we visited the people weren't really moving around and they were pretty much just sitting in front of the TV. In terms of the staff, there was only one person to take care of everyone and that's about five to six people. She's a stay-in type of caregiver. If you're asking me if people should be checking out this place, then yes, especially considering the amount of money they're asking for. It depends on your loved one's situation.

So far, I'm very pleased with Theresa's Home Care LLC II. It's not a big place. It's a single family home with about six residents in it, so my mom gets a lot more personalized care. She's having a positive experience and starting to settle in. Mom has a very clean, medium-sized room. The staff has been really helpful, and the food is homemade every day. They have doctors and nurses coming in and out, and several caregivers.
