My grandfather was a resident of HarborChase of Long Grove. The staff members were wonderful. The facility was clean and very well taken care of. They were kind and so good to my grandfather. I was very grateful to them. They have activities every single day. They tried to keep my grandpa involved as often as they could. They literally took care of everything, from bathing to dressing. The food was delicious. It was very well priced.

My mom is at HarborChase of Long Grove. The place is very pleasant. You enter it and it looks like a hotel lobby. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. I had lunch there a couple of times, and what I had was pretty good. My mom's been happy with the food. I was there for an activity. They had a music program one afternoon. Her room meets her needs. Because my mom is in a wheelchair, there are still some obstacles for her to reach the sinks and stuff. It's not as easy for somebody in a wheelchair to get to the sinks. They have a lot of activities though.

HarborChase of Long Grove was a huge place. The room that they showed us was tiny. They seemed to have a fantastic place to eat. It would have been nicer if they had made larger rooms with closets. When we walked through the dining room, some people were doing something for Thanksgiving. The staff was very nice.

My dad is in HarborChase of Long Grove assisted living. They've been doing a lot with him. We just set up to have his mental health assessed and they are going to start physical therapy. They've been very attentive to him, have been willing to answer our questions, and have been very cooperative.
He hasn't been in it that long, but it's been clean. He is going to be moved into an apartment now. The food has been good too.
They've been keeping him active. They do activities every day. I was there yesterday and they had an event, a roaring 20s party with entertainment, food, and gambling for them.
