We chose Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections for my mom because of the closeness to the family, and also they had a room that opened out to a common area (which I thought was important to her). She's in memory care. They've been very good to my mother. They have bent over backwards to answer any questions or address any issues that we/our family had. They've just been very, very responsive. The staff is great.
The food looks and smells good. I've been there when they served meals, but I have no clue with the actual taste.
I haven't really been there much when they're doing activities, but I know that they have housekeeping things for them to do. They'll have them fold clothes. They decorated pumpkins for Halloween. There's something every day that she can participate in. I've seen their calendar and I've talked to people, so I know they're doing it. It's a gorgeous facility.
