I was there every couple of days visiting a good friend of mine who was on the terraces - nursing home side - after a hospitalization. I was so impressed by the competent staff, the amazing therapists, the knowledgeable doctors - who are geriatricians at Northwestern! Wow! - and the clean facilities. Everyone cared so much about her care. She came there pretty debilitated on too many pills and she was able to leave walking (with a walker) but on her 2 feet and in great spirits. I love having my friend back in her home and visiting her alive and kicking and doing so well. Kudos to the Clare team. The best ever!

The Clare is wonderful, medically and therapeutically. I am on my third week here. They are all well-paired and very kind. My room is nice too. It is a private room, and I get a nice view of the buildings and cathedral downtown. It is different from what I typically look at in a suburban home. They're just beginning to open up the amenities, like the dining room and so forth. They have a channel dedicated to movies as well. It is a high rise. Three floors are associated with Northwestern, while the rest of the floors are for rentals or owned.
