Two family members lived here over a 5 yr period, including through Coved. Friendly staff and front office.A few long term employees however they do have high turnover. The nursing staff seemed to be different every yr or so. Our loved ones were treated with kindness and for the most part their needs were meant, thats not to say at times we requested a bit more oversight. WE did appreciate phone call regarding any changes in care plans.(higher charges of course) As with most facilities food is high in carbs. Once loved one no longer in need of facility getting a refund for second half of month has been a challenge. Our loved one resided in a different Nampa location and PP definatly a better place.

We visited several people at Park Place at one time. Entertainers would come in, and we listened to them singing. They did a good job caring for the people there. It was maybe a little bit better place than the others, but it's been a while too since we've been there. It was summer of 2018. They said they needed people to visit other people that didn't get visits from anybody. We were kind of reluctant to do that. We knew this other gal, and she became a dear friend; but when it's a perfect stranger you're going to see, you don't always know if you're going to hit it off. We really didn't hit it off with these other people. It was kind of awkward, so we didn't pursue it. We went there a couple of times and made an attempt to try to befriend these elderly folks. It was a nice place. It was bigger than the others, and it seemed like they always needed help there. They're always advertising for help, so I don't know if they're short staffed or what the deal is. Every time we drive by, they're always needing help for positions. It's right across the street from a park, and it's in a nice neighborhood. The staff members we met were really nice and friendly. I didn't have any problem with them. It's kept up very well.

My mom was a resident at Park Place from February 2013 to January 2016. She was treated with love and respect, and she enjoyed the interaction with the residents and staff. We, as family, always found the facility to be clean and the staff friendly and helpful.. We occasionally ate at the facility and always enjoyed the meals. The family dining room and guest room were nice to have available.

My brother and I went and visited a couple at Park Place Assisted Living, and the facility was very nice. I really like them. I like the size of it. I like that it wasn’t overly big and everybody has their own room, and it was very family-oriented. They did a lot of activities and the residents did a lot of fun things together.

We went and toured Park Place. We like the smell of the place. The rooms were nice size and they could have their own furniture. They're very good. My mom is diabetic so she has to watch her food, and they're really careful about that. The meals are good, we've ate there several times. They have a guest room that family members can rent if they want to stay there too. We've stayed there quite often. It's a reasonable price. The staff all seem to be very attentive and easy to deal with. My mom's always been very independent, but she had macular degeneration, she's basically blind. She had a stroke spring of 2010. It takes time to get acquainted, but she's happy there.
