I love The Renaissance at Coeur d'Alene because it's just half a mile from our house. They were very friendly and very helpful too. They were very understanding. Everybody was very pleasant. It was more of a family type of situation than just a facility. There's cottages, and they each have their own dining area and stuff. I liked that.

I like that The Renaissance at Coeur d'Alene is cottage style. It's just a small group of people that share a common living room, dining room, and kitchen area, and it's fully staffed. The rooms were nice sized. It's a beautiful place. They have tons of activities every day of the week. I love it. The staff during the tour was great, friendly, well-informed, and very helpful. It's nice.

My mother has already moved to The Renaissance at Coeur d'Alene. It's really nice. They have food and she's getting 24-hour care right now. They have activities every morning, they also have a schedule. They provide three meals a day. I haven't eaten it, but it looks pretty good. They have good staff. It's pretty expensive, but it's pretty good.

We chose the Renaissance, and we're waiting for a room. It's a very small facility, everybody was very kind, it's family-owned, and I really liked that. It's very clean and very well-kept, and it has small intimate spaces, rather than a large apartment or dorm type feel. The most important amenities were the bathing rooms, the showers, the spas, and the beauty salons. It was easy to get outside to a courtyard area; there were lots of outside spaces. They have small group activities, people were actually socializing, there were men playing chess, and there were some other folks watching TV in the living area.
