Aides were ok I was in for rehab after a illness .
I had trouble with medications not being given .
Room was disgusting. smelly.
call lights not being answered at night at times.
over all not a good place to be.

I'm in Lacrosse Health & Rehab Center and it's ok. We're about three or four blocks away from a big shopping mall and about 4 to 6 blocks away from downtown. It's just a convenient location. It's homey, it's clean here, the staff is friendly. It's a good place to live out your days. I have a single room where I'm by myself. The windows open up, it's a good-sized room. They let me hang whatever I want, I keep it comfortable for me. I like the painting, it's a beige color, it's bright. They want the family to do activities with us. I'm very happy where I'm at.
