I went to Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind, and it was an assisted living and memory care unit. It was a very nice facility. It was just the fact that mom really didn't need assisted care at that time. It was quite a bit more expensive for assisted care. The staff was friendly. I would have considered it if she needed assisted, but she does not at this point. We looked at a one-bedroom and a studio. They were nicer rooms, but they were smaller. They showed us an activity list, and they are pretty busy. It's active, and they do a lot of crafts and things like that.

We had an in-person tour of Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind. We sat down and talked with the gal there. She was very good at explaining things, but they had no rooms available. They had four courtyards with a fountain and a koi pond. They had a hair salon onsite. It was very nice. They have a little mini fridge and a microwave in the apartment. They have a chef. The staff was very knowledgeable, open, and friendly. She was great.

I went to Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind and that was beautiful. I met with the manager there and she was wonderful. I liked one of the rooms. I like this place better than the other one I toured. It was beautiful, and Tammy, the director, was fabulous and she was super nice. When you come in, you feel like you're in someone's home. There's a beautiful fireplace with a dining area, lots of windows to look out into the courtyard, and they have a waterfall. It's just serene and beautiful. They had an ice cream social when I was visiting, which looked like a lot of fun. They have activities set up for the seniors like bingo, movie nights, and entertaining things like that. They know how to make you feel like you're in your own home at that facility. It feels very homey. The dining area was very nice and open, it almost feels like you were in a restaurant where you can have whatever you wanted to eat. I liked the room. I wanted to go with the upper room because it had a sitting area, a little kitchenette in it, and then you have your bedroom with your bathroom. So you can make it your own home, and then the people down the hall could be like your little neighbors. The people sit outside the rooms and there are little areas where they could read. Tammy was wonderful, she's a very nice lady and she's very organized. That place is run very well, I had a chance to see some of the people that live there doing activities and just relaxing and reading.

We visited Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind. We like that one. It's bright. There's a common area for everybody with a fireplace and a sitting area for my mother-in-law to read her books. I like the way the dining room was set up and the way it was all lit up, not closed in or dark. I like the rooms, I like the prices, and I like the way that the staff was very professional and very friendly. They have a nurse on-hand and then they have a doctor that comes in. They have bands that come in and play on the weekends and stuff like that. It would keep her busy besides me picking her up and taking her to church and shopping or whatever needs to be done. I was very impressed. The staff was very informative. They gave me pamphlets, paperwork, prices and room sizes, and everything else like that. I have not eaten there yet. But I had asked them if I would have to pay for my meal if I wanted to come and have lunch with my mother-in-law, and they said no. So if she wanted me and her son to go have lunch with her, dinner with her, or breakfast with her one day, they would not charge us to sit there and eat with her, which is great.

Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind was a very clean and very nice looking place. The lady that took me on the tour was very nice and very informative. Everything was really good. It was just too much money for what they're offering. I saw a studio. It would have been too small; but for a single person, it would be perfect. The one-bedroom was very roomy and very nice too. It looked like it had everything that people would need. There was an outside yard that had a really nice waterfall and an area where people could sit outside. It was pretty.

I moved to Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind. My son came and checked it out, and we wanted a place that my husband and I could be in the same room together. We did not want to be separated. It is assisted living. They have memory care, but we are in the assisted living. They're as good as you can find. Everybody is locked down; where we were in Grace is on complete lockdown. Everybody is eating in their rooms, but they're doing a fantastic job as far as cooking for everyone. They give two choices for lunch and dinner, and they deliver it on a cart. The food is good. I would say my room is as good as you can be if you're confined to it. We have a large window, an area where we sit, a large window in the bed area. We have birds and everything outside where we can look at. It's as good as you can find. Everything is stopped, but they do have a lot of activities, but not since the virus is spreading. We have not been out of our room.

Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind was our second favorite. It had good programming and layout and was clean. It's a nice community that had a good feeling to it. The staff who helped us there was really good and had good information. I got to see the dining area just after a meal, which gave me an idea of how they do the feeding. All of them have assigned seating for meals, and I understand that. If caretakers are going to leave for an extended time, and their loved ones wouldn't be safe alone, they can basically do all the intake paperwork. It's almost like going on a cruise ship. They go, stay, eat, and hang out in a room that's set up like a hotel room. It's cool because they can test drive the community. They had a studio room that had a handicapped bathroom in the suite. They also had one with a separate living room and bedroom, so they had a couple of different room choices.

My dad moved into Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind. It's going very well. He's in the memory care unit, and I like it for him. They seem to have a lot going on for him. It seems like the residents are always either doing activities or interacting with each other. My dad is in a small single room, but he doesn't need much room, so it's adequate. It has a nice window that looks out on the courtyard and his own bathroom. We're pleased with it. The food looks good and my dad eats well and hasn't complained. I'm happy with the staff. It's expensive, though, so they could drop their price.

Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind was a very nice place. I had lunch there, and the food was OK. They showed us several apartments that were very nice, clean, and one of them was airy and has a nice view outside. If I'm going to stay here in Caldwell, I'd definitely consider them. They had a big common room when you walk in, a salon, and laundry available, but they don't have all that much.

The staff at Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind has been there for years. The turnover is very low. It's homey and when you look out the windows, there are nice things to see. It's near the hospital. The apartment was pleasant and the size was average.

Prestige was clean and well maintained. The dining area was very efficient and nice, and there were activities going on. They had a nice courtyard. The people were nice, but it wasn't efficient. They didn't remember that we had an appointment.

I visited Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind, and I liked it a lot. It was very nice. The lady who showed me around was very helpful, and I got a good tour. She talked to me about how a lot of the staff had been there eight or more years, and I felt good about that. I had a really good feeling about everything. They showed me three different-sized rooms, and they were very nice. They showed me the memory-care side and the regular-living side. When I was there, they had a Bible study going on, and they had bingo. The grounds were kept very nice and clean. The dining room was very spacious, clean-looking, very open and bright, and just a really pleasant atmosphere. They had a different theme every month, and it was all decorated. The staff was very friendly and involved in the care, and it looked like the seniors were enjoying themselves. They weren't just sitting in the corner.

I thought Prestige Assisted Living was a nice place. The staff was helpful, and they did a good job at what they do. They took me on a tour, and everything was fine, but they could be cheaper. The dining area looked good and the rooms were fine. I’ve looked at a lot of places, and this is the one I've settled on.

Prestige is a large facility. They had a complete staff in house. But it would have been confusing for them to try and find their way to the rooms. It is larger and more expensive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the one big thing at the rooms there were the private baths. It was very clean and very well-maintained. They seemed to be very involved. They have a complete staff in house there.

Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Winds is where my mother-in-law is now. We chose it for several things. We think it is a very pleasant looking place, and the rooms are very nice. Our relatives think it is very good, and we are happy with that. The care seems to be excellent. They have three meals a day. People can sit down at the table, and they can make their selection. They have activities like exercise activities and music performances. Although my mother-in-law really does not want to participate in that kind of stuff very much, she goes to that, which she has not done before. She is no longer able to find her way back to the room, so she is always escorted back to her room, and they take her to her meals. They seem to be nice to her, and they all know who she is. Everyone seems to be extremely pleasant. They call her by her name, and we are very happy with this. We are concerned about what her life will be like, but the room she has is very large, and everything seems to be taken care of. There seems to be a lot of attention to the needs of the individual. It is a very good place, and we feel very fortunate that she is able to stay there.

Although the facility is pretty, the food is excellent and some of the staff are good, don't believe everything the administration says. They tell you what you want to hear to get your business, but unless you have it in writing, don't assume they will keep their word. Integrity might be advertised, but not necessarily practiced.

Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind was an excellent place. It has everything that you could possibly need. If you wanted something, and they didn't have it, they'd make special trips to go get it. It was just a very nice place. The staff was excellent. They really care about their patients. They would drop whatever they were doing to help.

Prestige Assisted Living was wonderful, the location was not feasible at all, but the assisted living facility was very good. Wonderful rooms. They also had a memory care center, a wonderful dining room, and lots of activities. I liked it very much, but again the location was not good for me; it’s about 15 miles away. I thought they have a wonderful activity director. The rooms compared to others were wonderful. They have a different layout which is instead of long straight halls, they had a corner; there are four rooms built around the corner.
