Please don't send your family members here. Neglect is the operative word. Sometimes there are so few people working after 6pm that it often takes 45 minutes to get any help. I have been physically threatened by CNA staff. The food could not be worse. Many meals are devoid of protein. They run out of things like milk often. Almost every meal is cold. The physical therapy room is run by the most awful of the bunch. Will not make appointments as every other place I have been does. Any lack of progress means a stern talking to. Not motivating in the least. I have fruit flies in my room because maintenance hasn't fixed the sink drain. I have had cash taken from my room. Please go anywhere but here.
