Our 31-acre Life Plan Community offers 145 independent living homes; 20 assisted living apartments; private home healthcare services; outpatient and inpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services; hospital-to-home skilled nursing and rehabilitation services; and long-term nursing and restorative care services. A variety of campus amenities, including a walking track and exercise equipment, as well as fitness classes and other activities are also provided to help keep residents physically, mentally and socially active.

We found St. Francis for my mother after she could no longer take care of herself the final few months of her life. Everything about it was first rate. The facility was newer,and clean. The staff was fantastic from the administrator down to the nurses, aides, and even the cleaning staff. They made our mother feel at home from the beginning, and would even check to see how we were doing and if we needed anything prior to her death. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them!
