The rooms are very nice. Each room has their own bathroom and bedroom. We were able to decorate it to make it feel like home for my Dad. He has a living room for his TV and sitting area. We had fun decorating and putting up pictures of our family. He has a refrigerator and microwave that is provided in his room. The staff members are awesome. They take time to answer any questions that we might have. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love to interact with them. They are wonderful, caring people that love all of the people who live there. They have lots of activities that the people there can be involved in to interact with others. Each month they get a calendar with daily events that will take place. They have singing, special activities, Bingo, and a place to put puzzles together. It is a great place for your loved one to live. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a great place for someone that they love.

I went to tour Oaks at Stockbridge. It's an older facility, and it has two stories. However, I don't like elevators for seniors, and the only area that they had available was on the second floor. It was amenable to the other place, but it was just an older building. The person who gave me the tour was nice and informative. She was very knowledgeable about the facility itself. The rooms were spacious and very accommodating. They were set up very well. The dining area and the surroundings were very spacious and nice. I was able to visit the area where the activities were, but I did not see them participating in any activities. They have arts and crafts and those kinds of things, but that's all I remember.

Oaks at Stockbridge had a very nice environment. It looked very clean and very organized. The tour was very professional. I liked the way the grounds were kept. The apartments were more like small studios with kitchenettes. There was a gathering room with a TV, but I did not see anybody doing activities. I just saw them gathered in a room. They had a courtyard and a library. They had people come in to do beauty care.

I visited Oaks at Stockbridge, it's very nice and brand-new but I can't afford it. The thing I liked least about it is that my dad will have to be in his room and they'll kind of lock the door. I like that they're helping the residents by reading, they're playing cognitive games, and they bring him out for an hour or two. They play games and interact with the residents. I looked at their assisted living, they said that if my dad can't do anything, they won't be able to take him. He needs help with feeding, but they said they won't be feeding him but just assisting in feeding. They had a courtyard and a salon, and it was clean.

The people at Oaks at Stockbridge were nice, but it seemed a little dark and drab to me. It had a walk-in shower for the residents. They could take a bath instead of just the showers if they wanted to. The thing I liked the least was that it was dark and it had a nursing home feel. The staff were great, very polite, and nice people. The layout was fine. It was not spread out. Rooms were accessible to the cafeteria and the things. It had more of a homey feel, and was not that big. The staff were top shelf.

Our aunt will be moving to Oaks at Stockbridge. I like it because it was clean. I got a chance to meet many of the staff, including the chef (which is a big plus). Miss Parham was warm and friendly. I like the fact that she's been there for 13 years. They have several activities in the common area such as bingo. They also have a hair salon if you want to get your hair done there. They have a physical therapy exercise room, and they allow personal care providers to come provide care to the residents.

Oaks at Stockbridge was very nice. I like it a lot. The people were very friendly. They answered all my questions. I saw two rooms. The one-room I saw was like a double room for two people. It had like a semi-wall. It wasn't like in a hospital where beds were beside each other; it was separated with this kind of half wall, and I liked that. There were some ladies playing bridge, and there was a card game going on. There were things that I thought my husband might be interested in. The person that took me was extremely nice, and I like that place. They have housekeeping, they have a library, they have a large activity room, and there is a coffee bar. There was an activity room where the residents were making something. It looked like they had some volunteers in there who were helping them. They were making something in the activity room. Outside, there were some benches. Inside, there was a large gathering area with couches and chairs. It looked very comfortable. Plus, they had had seasonal things around in there, too. The place was extremely well kept. The staff was very nice. I met two people. I went back a second time. They were extremely forthcoming with answering any questions I had. If I had to pick a place, if it wasn't for other circumstances where I felt I need to bring home, that probably would have been the place I would have picked for my husband. They greeted me at the door. I had an appointment, so they knew I was coming. They were very nice people. I could see my husband sitting in there.

I toured the Oaks at Stockbridge. It was very thorough, very informative, and it was a pleasant visit. I was able to see the place and get a good idea of what it was like there, and I was pretty, pretty pleased. It was well laid out with short hallways, so it was easier for the residents to get around, it was pretty, and it was small enough to where it wasn't confusing. The indoors was nice, outdoors needed probably a little attention, that's understandable with the lack of staffing right now, but the inside was well-maintained. I liked the community spaces, and the layout, and the sizes of the residential units. They have games, devotions, I think they play movies, puzzles, and they have an activity director, so they were starting a game when I was there.

My mom has been living here for a year. We are exceptionally pleased! The original staff is still on-board and friendly, very personable. Mom continually compliments the food. Also, being a 'neat freak' myself, her room is always clean and her clothes and bedding washed properly. My family is very pleased with mom's new home and we feel like family with the staff.. David, the activities director is fantastic and tries to get everyone to participate. He even goes door to door to remind them to come join the group or go for a ride.

It was clean, but it’s not as homey as the other facility I visited. It had a nursing home odor to it, and I think it was just because of something they were cooking that day, but it just wasn’t as homey. It was clean and nice, and the staff who assisted us was nice. Dining area looked clean.

It is clean and nice. They're friendly, capable, and concerned. They have nice rooms and friendly staff. The dining room was set up somewhat pleasant. It reminded me of a new fancy restaurant, and it was pleasant for the residents. We got to witness a little bit of the sing-a-long at the memory care section, but my wife is not just into that, and that didn't go too well. They were trying, and the staff was friendly, so I'm sure they were OK.
