Wonder visitation set up to visit my Uncle in a safe and courteous matter. Staff have been wonderful and caring to provide a scheduled time to visit with our loved ones. Thank you Etowah Landing and bless you for your services.

My father is a resident there on Hospice, since the Covid-19 started they have refused to allow his hospice team in to treat him. We were feeling concerned by his behavior after a video chat and asked for them to check him for a UTI, mind you this is something they should be able to know if they were doing their job in caring for him. My sisters and I noticed his behavior change while on a video chat. Which we only get to have once a week and the past 3 weeks were not able to take place due to the facility. My father had such a bad infection they couldn't even get a urine sample and by the grace of God someone allowed our hospice nurse in and they informed us he has a respiratory infection as well as kidney infection. The next day they refused the nurse entrance again. They are full of nothing but excuses about being short staffed but still don't allow our chosen hospice team to treat him. We are working to get him removed from their poor care. I'm heartbroken it took his daughters 2 of which are from out of state to raise concern before he was even evaluated. I will be contacting whomever I can to bring this to light. Shame on yall! Shame on yall not treating my father a veteran of our country with the basic decency any human being should get. Shame on yall for making excuses and shame on yall for denying him his compassion care he is signed up to receive.

I’ve visited this facility several times and it’s actually more to it than it looks ... very friendly environment. The nurse care is great from what I observed . The resident appear to be well took care of and activities were being conducted . Can believe a book by its cover ... just come see for yourself .... great place !

I put my aunt here after get stroke. It wasn't my feirst choice, but that one was full. It is in a bad neighborhood so I was not comfortable visiting after dark. The place was pretty clean. I noticed that it took a long time for anyone to get back to another lady in the room with my aunt, but they came immediately to my aunt (when I was there). The other lady never had a visitor. I tried to point it out to the boss a couple of times, but she always put me off saying I got to take a phone call, go to a meeting and then never would come back. I was there for lunch most days and they offered me one free. It would have been good probably but it was cold.
