My mom is now in Legacy Ridge at Peachtree. It's a small facility, one floor. They have very nice people. It's very comfortable and small enough for my mom rather than the larger places. The staff are friendly, caring, and kind. They have games, outings, and social church settings. It's very, very appropriate for my mom's age group. They supply a small refrigerator and that's all that's needed. They have plenty of outdoor space like a courtyard area and green space.

Heritage of Peachtree was very nice. The people were excellent, but I wasn't ready to downsize to such a small apartment. It's not an independent living; it's an assisted living, and I'm not quite ready for that yet. They've been extremely courteous, and they reached out to me on several occasions. If I was to the point that I couldn't maintain my own apartment and needed a smaller place, I would've chosen it. It's several levels above a nursing home, and the apartment is only 400 square feet, so it's very small. I wasn't ready for the assisted living yet; I'm still very independent. They are extremely friendly, outreach focused, and caring. Everything was laid out very nicely and cleanly. They have cupboards and a kitchen area with a microwave, but they don't have a sink, a stove, or a refrigerator in the room because all the meals are provided.

I went to the Heritage of Peachtree. I saw a room, and everything I saw was very nice. They had like a wet bar and a sink, but nothing else. The woman I toured with was fabulous. She was perfect. The dining area was more like a restaurant. There was an area where you could sit outdoors. It was very clean, and it's like they've renovated it recently. If you look at the pictures online, they're older pictures and it's not that impressive looking, but when you get in there, everything's pretty much new, so I think that made a difference.

My dad was at the Heritage of Peachtree. They didn't have a memory care unit, but they're currently renovating. They were more disorganized. They didn't have enough staff members and they had no volunteers. There was not enough staff, so I did not get my money's worth. There were some nice things, they were nice people, but it wasn't a place for my dad. I had to hire more help and it was thousands of dollar to hire an extra caregiver. It was not the right place for my dad. They had large rooms, but the problem was that they did not encourage the residents to go out. If the didn't want to do the activity they would just leave them in the room. Also they never had a really good common area where they could bring them out to sit together. The food was just OK. It was marginal.

I liked Heritage of Peachtree the most. It's very nice, upscale, and beautiful. Your family will not feel like you're putting them away and will feel at home. It's a beautiful atmosphere. It was truly the best one that I saw, and also the newest. The staff is very nice, professional, and caring. The grounds are nice and the location is close to the city so you have local restaurants and movie theaters nearby. They're putting in a saltwater pool and had a gym. It's brand new.

When our Mother made the decision to enter an assisted living facility, we visited just about everyone in the area. When we entered the front door of Heritage of Peachtree for our visit, she immediately stated "this is it". She loved her stay of nearly 2 years, she "adopted" all of the staff as family and that's how they treated and took care of all of her needs. We never worried about her care and would absolutely recommend Heritage of Peachtree to everyone.

I visited Heritage of Peachtree. The place and environment were very nice. The rooms were a little larger and very nice. The place was very open. They had a dining area and courtyard for the residents and the same activities that most places do, like bingo, social hours, and happy hours.

Heritage was very good but not that new. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The residents were fine.
