Medicare granted us two appeals. Mother developed bed sores and and pneumonia. Seeing how sick and unresponsive she was, we had to sign a form saying we had called for an ambulance after nurse said her lungs were clear! We moved her after her hospital stay. Beautiful facility, but what’s important is the care.

Zebulon Park Health and Rehabilitation is excellent and the nursing care seems to be very good. The staff has been very helpful. My friend's room is very nice. It has a bathroom, but no kitchenette as she has limited mobility. Maintenance and upkeep are excellent. They're relatively new. So, the facilities are very clean and very up to date.
