Arrowhead is a great facility! It may not be the newest building around but it’s clean and more than anything, the staff really care! I get my medicine on time and they all attend to my needs anytime I ask and are real quick about it. I would recommend anybody needing rehab or somewhere long term to live to go to Arrowhead!

My step dad has been at Arrowhead for rehab after having a stroke three weeks ago , and his experience has been just terrible. He was not given rehab two weekdays in a row, and on at least one occasion, he was left in his bed and soiled his bedlinens and clothing and was not attended to until I asked for assistance when I paid him a visit. He fell out of his wheelchair and did not get help for 15-20 minutes. The facility is dingy, dark, and depressing. I would never use this facility. The only reason my step dad is there is because Humana refused to provide services at a better facility. I am shocked that such a facility is allowed to remain open.
