Bestcare Senior Home was very clean, but the people were all in the living room sitting there asleep at 11. I went in, I walked through the whole place, and I went out, but they didn't even wake up. We're talking right next to them, so that was very concerning to me. The rooms were spacious at bay. They had twin-size hospital type beds. The place looked clean, and their laundry facilities were fine. However, I didn't see more than one bathroom per building and each building had four or five bedrooms. Also the common area was a living room-dining room combo place that had a big television in the living room part. There was a long table with chairs for the dining room, and that's where the people were sitting in their wheelchairs; they were all asleep there. They didn't have activities. They said that they didn't have the staff for activities.

Bestcare Senior Home was too far for us and too expensive. There wasn't much to it for outside area or anything. It was mostly all inside. The room I saw was clean. I saw them preparing lunch. The staff was good. I was just expecting more outside area, but it's very small. Some of the facilities looked old, but everything was clean.

Bestcare Senior Home was in an office park with two buildings separated. You had to walk outside to get to the other building. It looked more like a nursing home than it did an assisted living. I didn't like what I saw, and it's not a place where my mom would have been happy. Their restrooms were Jack and Jill rooms, and I didn't like that.

I toured Best Care; it looked like a really nice home, but I didn't like it at all. I didn't like the staff; there's only one lady that was friendly, but the other was rude. The room looked decent.

I visited Bestcare Senior Home. The staff was doing their job. They were organized with their medicine. The food smelled good. Other than that, the patients had tiny rooms, and they were just all out an open area. It kind of seemed like a business than a care home, kind of where you would dump your loved one. It was kind of awful actually. I looked lonely. All the patients kind of lined up in front of the TV. I refused to go in there. I thought they needed a new facility, and I thought they needed to focus more on the comfort care of the patients rather than just keeping them alive. I had institutional kind of feeling, and it was in an office park.

When I went to visit the Bestcare Assisted Living Center I was impressed of the wonderful scenery that greeted me as I entered the facility. It shows how they care about even little things that wouldn't really matter to much to make you enjoy and feel as comfortable as possible. The faculty members always had a smiled on their face and greeted you all the time. They were very helpful and at giving directions around the facility. The patients that were with them always seemed to enjoy their company. It helps to know that people who love their job and truly care work there. The lady that we went to visit said that she loves the faculty members there and said that they are always there and usually comply with your needs. Overall I think that the Bestcare Assisted Living Center is a great choice for anyone in the Lawrenceville GA area.

I would not recommend this place unless you want to dump a loved one. I went there and toured it. Very crouded, everyone sat in front of a TV. Their walking space is about as long as two rooms. Poor setup and is located in a business complex.
