I visited The Villas at Bellevue, LLC. The appointment was set up, but there was no communication about a change. The supervisor wasn't there on Monday and Tuesday, and one of the building managers, Amy, was nice enough to give me the tour, and she was awesome. The room was nice, but it was very small. The residents looked like they weren't happy there at all. A few residents were sitting on the couch doing nothing. They didn't even have the TV on. The one woman kept on asking for the TV and the staff kept on telling her to hold on. None of them looked happy in there. The other thing that I did not like about that place was that there's a sign up there that says that all visitors must be announced prior, so you have to schedule a time to visit your loved one. It seems odd to me because if I schedule it, that means that if they're doing anything, they can cover it up before I get there for my scheduled time, and I don't like that. If anything is going on and your loved one can't talk to tell you, you ain't gonna see it because they already know you're gonna be there. It was a very small building, but it looked nice. There wasn't anything outside. It looked very clean, but as far as ambience, it felt closed in. It's not a welcoming feel because it was very small.

The Villas at Bellevue was nice, but they didn't have a memory unit. It was neat and clean and they were very helpful. It would be a good place for people who can do something for themselves. The staff told me they do salon services. It's on a main highway, which would be dangerous itself if my mom was there. It's okay for those people who know they're not supposed to get out because it's close to the road.

I really liked The Villas at Bellevue. It was a nice facility. The staff was good, and I was pleased with everything. The grounds were good, and I could walk well on the grass and concrete. I didn't have any problem getting up and down the stairs since it was built nicely. They had a lot of activities likes bingo, games, and church. They also offer transportation to the doctors. The supervisor I met was very nice.

I placed my sister at The Villas at Bellevue. They are really nice, and I'm glad she's there. It is very clean and very nice. The manager is excellent, and the staff is very good. If anything goes wrong, they are right on it immediately, and I am very pleased. She took a double room and is by herself because nobody is living in there yet. The room is big and painted a pretty color. It has a walk-in closet and a bathroom. On the other side, if someone else moved in, they have a closet and will have to share the bathroom. It is really nice and very clean. When you go in, there is a big entertainment room for people to watch TV. What I like about it is that it is not overcrowded.
