We hired Hearts and Hands for my father. We have one caregiver that comes twice a week. So far, she's really good. She prepares meals, she cleans the home and the bathroom, she changes his linens and the bed, and she does some of my dad's light laundry. My mother lives there too, so the caregiver does things that my mother is not able to do to help my father. We have no concerns with the agency. There is very good communication. The best thing about the caregiver is probably the companionship; they would get him to take walks and stuff like that.
