Patron Place was very nice. The staff was attentive. My observation is that it was clean, and the families had access to the patients. The administrator seemed very attentive and concerned for the patients. I can't rate the staff because I had no interaction with them. I have no access to the meals either.

Patron Place PCH was pretty nice too, I think their security was better than the other places, and that made me a little more at ease. They have a nice staff, they had activities going on, and it's nice and clean. The rooms were apartment type, they have jewelry making, bingo, card games, and they have nice participation in those activities, too.

The home was spotless and "odor-free." This location offers private and shared rooms and bathrooms. Owner is an RN and a CNA is present 24-hours a day. They do care for individuals in need of memory care. Maximum capacity is 6. They send their residents to adult day care each week day--this affords the residents to get a change of venue beyond the house. There are plans to extend adult day care to include Saturdays. The owner was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I even called her back with more questions a few weeks after my visit. So far, this is the top PCH I've visited. Note: she also has other locations in Lithonia and Tucker.

What I like about Patron Place is their cleanliness. The staff is well-mannered and they provide us good meals. Their service is very good. We have 1 or 2 activities in a week and I think that’s enough for us. I have been a resident for 6 months now.

Patron Place PCH provides excellent care for my mother. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and cater to my mother’s needs. I have never had a problem communicating with them, and whenever anything is needed, they are right on it. They engage the residents with games and activities. The food is very good, and the dining area is always clean and spacious.

My aunt stayed at this facility. She was well taken care of, the facility was clean, and the food was good. The staff was very caring. Any concerns discussed with the administrator were addressed promptly. My auntie left because she needed a nursing home.
