My aunt is in Pleasant Valley Personal Care. She has 24/7 care and they prepare all her meals, help her with her daily routine and everything. They give her her medicine and make sure she's OK. They're very helpful, very friendly, they're always there to check on her all the time. It's very clean there. They don't have any activities going on right now because of COVID. So far, she's been very pleased with the meals.

Pleasant Valley was beautiful. It had a security fence all the way around it, and it's in a country setting. The rooms were spacious and spotless; it did not stink. It's a great community and I would personally put my dad there if they had the memory care that we needed. They're only assisted living. They have people that come in and sing, they have arts lessons, and they have an awesome staff. They also have bible study and music.

My mother did not want to leave her home, she had lived there for 59 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. But she was no longer able to stay by herself and we couldn't afford 24 hour care. I am so thankful we found Pleasant Valley. I was worried that Mom just wouldn't accept living somewhere different than her home for so long. But the staff and management made her feel like part of a family. The other residents became companions too, and before long she was referring to her new place as "home". She loved the home cooked meals and actually gained weight and strength she had lost while living alone. She actually began to thrive again. We were so blessed to find Pleasant Valley.

My grandmother stayed at Pleasant Valley. She loved everything about the home, especially the outdoor area and the caring staff. It felt like home to her. I would highly recommend this home.

The first thing i noticed about the place was all the healthcare providers were very nice and helpfull with providing any questions i had about the facility. Yhe place was very clean and the residents seemed to like it there my uncle told me it was the next best thing to being home they semed to have alot of activties schedule on their weekly planner board. other than the people there not being other to take care of themselves and live at home it was a good place. if im ever in the situation where i need someone to help provide care for me i'd like to be in a place like that. hopefully thats not gonna be any time soon though.in other words my great uncle seems to be very happy with the care and attention that the facility offers and gives him and if he's satisfied with it then that makes it easier on us his family to feel better about him being there and not have to worry about anyone mistreating or being mean to him hopefully all other facilitys are as good as Pleasant Valley Assisted Living thumbs up to them
