This facility isn't called Covington Manor any longer. It is PruittHealth-Covington. The staff are kind, but they are understaffed and don't have much time to pay too much attention to each resident. The place is often chaotic and a little smelly. It is an older facility that doesn't have cable in each room and doesn't have wifi that works, and the rooms are small and painted cinder block. Could definitely use an extensive facelift. The food is good, and the dietician is aware of what each resident needs.

The facility itself is very clean and there was no smell. The staff was very helpful and very caring. It was more of a nursing home, but it was not quite the level that we were looking for at this time.

Wow! How pleased was I to notice, as I pulled up, that this faiclity has won an award presented by the state, for exceptionally great caregiving service. As I entered the facility it didn't smell like a sickness it had a great aroma and the plants were well kept. The clients greeted me as I walked in to find the director. They appeared to be happy and treated each other like family. Calling one another by name. I was there during breakfast and the meal looked nutritious and healthy. The portions were enough to fill the spot. My grandmother would love the attention here, as well as the beaty and clenaliness of the facility. Great staff.
