I would not let my person stay there. My loved one got COVID here!!! How did that happen??? This person is already fragile and now I have to worry about whether they will die!
Staff is rude, unkind and openly talk about how much they hate working there. They have said hurtful things to my family member. Unforgivable. Do not let anyone you care about end up here.

I toured Heritage for mom. The building is very nice, they're understaffed, but the staff member who assisted me was nice. They don't care about the patients, even when they call and ask for help. I talked to several patients, and they were unhappy. They need to get their act together.

The hospital recommended Pruitthealth to us for rehab. The staff was all nice, very good and they treat her like she was a friend; they were excellent. She is in a semi-private and they even moved her to a different semi-private because of her roommates, and they were very cooperative with that. The dining room is very nice, it’s a big room with lots of tables. They had all kinds of stuff but she was mainly there for physical and occupational therapy and they work her out there. They made her walk every day; they were so nice. You have to at least buzz in and it’s a long way when you go out -- you have to press a code in to get out and in.
