I liked that The Canopy at Warner Robins was not overly large, but big enough. It seemed new and fresh. It was very cozy, modern, and very clean. The marketing manager was very knowledgeable and very kind. She even visited my dad at rehab to speak with him and see if they could meet his needs at their facility. She's been very helpful to me. They had a gym, a salon, and a place to gather and watch TV or movies. They had a courtyard. I'm leaning towards this facility for my dad after his rehab. They're the most caring, and I'm happy with the staff and the help that I am receiving from them. I think it would be the best match for my dad. I saw a lot of activities going on there, which I know would be good for him.

I liked The Canopy at Warner Robins. If things work out, I will probably move to that one. It's a good location for me. I would give high marks on just about everything. It's a relatively new location and it suits me fine. The lady that walked me through was lovely, well-mannered, and seems to be an educated young lady. She seems to be happy here. They have quite an array and different sizes of rooms. The place was spic and span. Everything seemed clean. I saw older people eating and enjoying their lunch. I did not pay close attention to what they were serving, but the folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was very satisfied with the location. Everything was new, looked new, clean, and all that. Just about anything you would want has already been built along that strip of the highway there. I don't see how anybody could find much fault with it. The only fault I found with it was I had a hard time finding the street. I didn't know the street name, but that wasn't the fault of the place. It was my fault.

I felt just as good about The Canopy at Warner Robins as I did the other place. It's clean and well kept. One thing I liked better about them is they do their care level on a points system, so you are only charged for the services that you need. It's like $55 a point, so if my father-in-law required help with his ADLs or if he required help getting in and out of his wheelchair, it would be $55. For any particular thing he needed they rated it out at $55 increments, which I liked because that way, when he improves it will reduce the cost proportionate to the care he needs. I think that's really unique, and I like that. It's very fair to the consumer. It felt homey. They had a patio area adjacent to their dining room, and they had several gathering places that you could utilize for different things. It was great. We want to move my in-laws in there in separate but adjacent rooms. We want them to be together. There were only a couple of options for us to look at, but the ones that we saw were very satisfactory. The rooms weren't quite as large, but they offered a walk-in closet.

I went non a tour of the facility. The staff was welcoming, professional and very helpful. The facility is clean, beautiful and the rooms were very conducive to an elderly person.
