This place is a dream come true: beautiful campus, the cottages/apartments are wonderful with lots of choices, staff and residents are as friendly as can be, and the facility is extremely well run.

The Marshes was spectacular. But given my mother's age, I just wasn't willing to purchase a condominium; I'd rather pay her rent. This would have been more convenient for me because I live close to the Marshes, but it doesn't seem feasible to purchase a condo that I don’t know how long she'll enjoy. It was just feasible for us to go with a monthly rental. They are really new and absolutely top-shelf.
