Well kept area but one neighbor had a real bad roach issue and that's my biggest complaint... not to mention I've had my apartment sprayed at least 6 times but the roaches are worst than ever. I cleaned my apartment and put my trash outside the door and they fined me $25 but they can't do their job and kill off the roaches... Neighbors smoke all day for it to be a smoke free area... Antonio stays harassing the tenants but he no longer works here...

I had a tour of Walton Oaks, and I really liked the floor plan. I like to sometimes fix my own food, and it has a kitchen. It's like a little apartment that would be really good for me. What stood out were the activities, and I liked everything about it. They take bus trips and go to movies. The apartments were spacious and gorgeous with big bathroom, big bedroom, and closet space. I just love it. I would recommend it to anybody. It's beautiful down there.

I had stayed at Walton Oaks for about ten months. It was a good place. Everything there was nice. Their apartments looked like a house. My apartment had two big bedroom and two bathrooms. It was full of appliances. It was fully carpeted. The staff was very good. Every two weeks they brought in food and for about $3 they would give us a bag full of it and it was good. I enjoyed living there. I had told my family how good they were and I would recommend them to others.
