THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Bad attitudes, impatient and unprofessional. How they received top awards I will never know. Some of the employees are the absolute best. But the majority are lazy and not been trained well. I have to stop by every night and every night I stop by there’s an issue. One night I stopped and my mom’s feeding had been unplugged and the machine was off. The nurse has a nerve to say “It’s only been off for 45 minutes.” SMH

Facility will not complete the Death Certificate until all monies is paid from Medicare and all insurances. Holding the Death Certificate Hostage going on 2 months and the medical records depts. will not return phone calls. Not a sound place for a love one, with this kind of ending results.

We are pleased with the care provided by the staff at AG. Rhodes. We were sad that we could no longer care for our mother at home, however the staff has made us comfortable that our mother is cared for. The room is larger than normal with a large window and adequate storage for belongings. We are especially impressed with the many ways the activities team interacts with the residents. The enjoyable activities include bingo, trivia, karaoke, horticultural and music therapy. The staff really cares about the emotional and physical well being of the residents.

My friend is in A. G. Rhodes Health and Rehab for rehab. It was very well maintained, clean, and the staff that I met at the front desk was very helpful. Everything seemed to be in place and in order. It seemed to be a very nice place. It was a shared room, but I think they have other options.

Rooms need updating, many staff not engaged, disinterested and management more talk than action. Contract Physician team and rehab dept. appears overwhelmed, not concerned with addressing family member's concerns. Only basic needs, medical care provided, don't expect much, maybe then you won't be disappointed!

A. G. Rhodes Health and Rehab is a nice place. They have a lot of activities there. It's a nursing home and rehabilitation place. They also have church services, arts and crafts, and a lot of things going on. They also have an activity room.

Terrible Experience!!!! Mom went there for Therapy. Comforter was hanging on the floor, Bed wasn't made up, Staff lied stated roommate messed bed up. After speaking with roommate the truth was told. Staff did not come into room to make the bed up. Pillowcases was also nasty, There's a light over each bed but, one switch to control both lights. Staff had a very nasty deposition. I would not choose this facility for my relatives or friends. I gave it a 1 star.

I toured this community while looking into care options for my grandmother. The community is not the flashiest and may deter some from listing this location as an option. However, my family and I really like this facility. The facility was well kept and clean and all the staff seemed friendly and professional. My grandmother was here for about a month after her hip surgery. Although, I was not there 24-7, I am writing this review based on my grandmother’s opinion.

I was at AG Rhodes Health & Rehab for about two weeks for my rehab. It was my second time in this facility, and everything was very nice. The facility is very clean, nice, and quiet. The staff are very nice and attentive. When you ring the bell, they are immediately there. When I ask them questions, they answer to the best of their ability. We also have activities, like bingo.

Dad has been with A.G. Rhodes Health and Rehab for two months now and he is doing quite well. The facility is excellent and the rooms are clean. Two people are sharing a room, but the room is spacious enough for them. They have their own closet, their own dresser, but they share the bathroom. The staff is very friendly. They would stop and take time to answer your questions. If you are looking for something, they would go out of their way to show you where you need to go. They are very good to him. They respect him and treat him with dignity. They usually respond right away or within just a few minutes the moment he asks help. If he is in pain, the nurse will check the records and will give pain medicine. I have eaten there and the food is delicious with nice portions. I have no problem with them at all.

It was absolutely an amazing an experience with AG Rhodes Health & Rehab. They were wonderful. The staff was very good, they would call me regularly how my mother was doing. The director was really great, and my mom loved all of her nurses. It really was a good place to live in. She was in an assisted living before, and she wasn't happy. But when she moved here, which we thought was going to be traumatic, it turned out that she loved it. She was happy and she enjoyed her stay there. It wasn't very long, she passed away after 12 days. But that was probably the first time in years that she really was happy.

This home is a pleasant place and they do keep it clean. I would say that this facility is lacking in enough staff however. I noticed that there seemed to be a problem with getting to patient rooms in a quick time because there were just not enough nurses to answer to all the patients.
