My sister is a resident Darcy Hall in West Palm Beach since Feb.2020 She is receiving excellent care, especially during these extremely difficult time. The team at Darcy from Administrators, business office , front desk staff and all the health care providers have gone beyond their daily duties. What peace knowing my loved one is safe and all her needs are met. Thank you, Beverly Cole

The first day my mother arrived at Darcy Hall, she was not greeted with a wheelchair. They put her on a bed, and she fell two hours after arriving. Then she fell again two days later, broke her hip, and needed partial hip replacement. They said that they had safety measures in place, like mattresses or pads on the floor next to her bed and they brought the bed as low as they could, but somehow my mother fell and broke her hip. On Christmas day, she got a partial hip replacement. The staff was not as attentive as I wanted them to be. They were lackadaisical and not on point. I’ve watched my mother eat, and the food was OK. The place is a little aged and doesn’t smell wonderful. There was a smell, so I wasn’t trying their food. The location is stupendous, which is why I thought it would be a better rehab, but it really is just a hole-in-a-wall place.

My husband is in Darcy Hall of Life Care. I have a lot of good things to say about it. They have activities and bus trips for the patients and give a great deal of attention to their needs. Their food is pretty good. It is just a very good place. I will recommend it.

I had to find an appropriate place for my mother who needed some rehab and assessment upon discharge from a local hospital. I was impressed with the care given to my mom, who can be quite difficult at times. The therapy staff were flexible in meeting her needs, as were the nursing staff As a whole, I felt they were receptive to my input regarding my mother's care. I live out of state and am confident the bridge of care will continue.
