About This Community

Newly renovated in 2022, Weinberg Village offers a number of services to enable our residents to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. These include: Weinberg Village Assisted Living Residence, Sylvan and Jean Orloff Memory Support Unit, an Extended Congregate Care License and Rehabilitation Services.

Weinberg Village Assisted Living Residences are situated on a beautiful, 33-acre campus with a pond. There is a preschool and Jewish Community Center where our residents are welcome to enjoy the amenities for no additional fee. We are proud to collaborate with the JCC Preschool several times each year to bring our residents together with their students for recreational programs. We offer various room types to suit the needs of our residents.

What Sets Us Apart:

Although Weinberg Village is an Assisted Living Facility, it is also licensed as an Extended Congregate Care Facility. We are equipped to support residents at almost every age and stage of senior’s life, seldom asking families to make difficult decisions regarding Nursing Home Care.

A driver accompanies residents to doctor appointments and will report back to the nursing team who will report back to their families.

Weinberg Village has an affiliation with several nursing programs and hosts student internships.

Weinberg Village has a call light system in every room to alert staff to any care needs for our residents 24/7.

Weinberg Village provides hygienic laundry facilities and services that are included in monthly rental fees.

The healthcare staff at Weinberg Village is available for consultation 24 hours daily.

Certified Nursing Assistants offer side-by-side collaboration and personal care for our residents. Licensed MedTechs assist in the administration of medications.

Kosher cuisine is prepared and provided by a staff of trained personnel. The dining experience is first class and special attention is given to meet both the social and dietary needs of each resident.

Weinberg Village provides innovative cognitive, physical and social programming for those in our Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We are the only intergenerational Assisted Living Facility. On our 33 acres campus, we offer a preschool, a community center, school-age children after school, and summer camp programs.

We are choosing Weinberg Village for my mom. It is a very nice place, and the location is ideal for the family. As soon as we walked in, we immediately liked it. The rooms were very nice. They had a couple of different floor plans available. It's a 33-acre gated community with a Jewish community center next to it. When you walk out into their garden area, there's a lake and it has a water feature in it. It's just very serene. The staff was extremely nice. They were all very helpful and welcoming. Everybody was very friendly. We just had that feeling that it was going to fit in. They were in the process of refurbishing everything, but it was almost finished when we were there. The building is 2 stories. At the end of each hallway is an activity area. They had bingo, cards, Rummikub, and entertainment once in a while. One night I was there, they had a saxophonist and it was very nice.

I'm currently at Weinberg Village. The quality of the food is not good, but the care is very good. They provide transportation to doctors and to activities provided within the community. They need to improve on their exercise facilities.

My mother-in-law moved into Weinberg Village. The appearance is excellent. They take very good care of the grounds and they take very good care of the place. Overall, I think the staff is attentive. The CEO made some inappropriate comments and had a bizarre attitude about what my mother-in-law could and couldn't do, and how they would accommodate that. Leaving out the CEO, I would give the staff members four stars. The dining area is nice, but my mother-in-law doesn't like the food. Basically at this point, she just gets the same thing pretty much everyday. It is all kosher food, so it can be a little challenging for people who aren't used to that. There are some restrictions in terms of the kosher part that she is not very pleased about. I know they offer lot of activities, but unfortunately, she doesn't really choose to participate in any activities. I think overall their options for activities look great.

I visited Weinberg Village, and what I really liked about that place was the staff. They were really interactive. Even when we were doing the tour, the girl would stop, she knew everybody's name, and she would ask them if they getting where they were needed to go. They were very caring. The layout was OK. It wasn't a huge place, and I thought that helped a little bit. It was very well appointed. The rooms were kind of small, but the staff made up for it.

The people working at Weinberg Village were very warm, very caring, and very professional. My father would be having a big studio. Unfortunately, we lost my mom about a month ago because we were hoping to have them both there. The room was spacious enough. There was always something going on, and it was more on intellectual stimulation. They tried to get the people out of their apartments. It was more of an assisted living complex, but they do have much higher level of care than a regular assisted living. It was like a cross between skilled nursing and assisted living. They had a security guard before you could even drive on to the premises, and everything inside was up to code. My aunt was there 14 years ago, and I had full confidence that they would be taking good care of my father. They weren't gonna take him until they felt that he was active and healthy enough for them to take care of him.

I was looking for a facility for my Mother-in-Law. Wineberg Village is very clean, it has lots of activities, and serves Kosher food. The director is wonderful he is a little old fashion and understands that this is more than likely the residents last stop. He has a facility wide meeting every month to talk to residents and find how they are doing and if they are happy. The building has just been renevated and is very nice. There is a bell that residence can ring when they need something. There is a 5 min response time and if the bell is not answered a text message goes to the director.
