This place is horrible. Staff is rude! Food is gross. They don’t help patients get up to go to the bathroom, they just tell them to go in their diaper! I filed a police report about this place. My hubby was there 2 weeks..gave him a shower once! Just awful! They never came for him to do activities! PT,OT was fair well not all of them. Speech therapist is way too pushy.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! I visited my friend recently and needless to say there were bags of linen with feces and urine located in her room. Her call light was on for more then 20 minutes when it was answered the CNA had an attitude and walked in the room talking on her phone. Staff is rude , residents look dingy... shut this place down.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are about two staff members who actually make an effort and care, Jay, a night nurse, and Geri, physical therapist. I was there over a week with no shower

I have a friend who is a patient at Bay Pointe Nursing Pavilion and I have gone to visit him with my wife and while we were walking down the hallways we overheard so-called CNA's using foul language while speaking to each other. My friend at times puts his call light on and it takes CNA's more than 45 minutes to answer the call light. CNA's use the same gloves from one patient to another and I have proof of that when a CNA went to care on my friend. There are SOME CNA's that are REAL good but the MAJORITY, as seen by me when my wife and I have gone( as we go very often) are very rude, some patients are stained with body fluid (pee) and not doing much just hanging around the hallways. I can't wait until my friend leaves this place and finds a BETTER, DECENT PLACE !!!!!!!!!

well once I was a resident at Baypointe and it was bot an good experience. First of all I was sent there for therapy which is not good. I mean the therapist don't work on the issue at hand for that reason the don't touch the patience. Then there's the food which is always cold when it get's to you the kitchen is only a few feet's away from the dinning room, some of the CNA'S don't display compation for resident's they hang outside resident's door ho;ding conversations about everything that happened with hem outside of the work place. And bot answering call lights one night I rang my call light an I waited for 45 min before I got up an struggled to walk to the nures's station only to find out they were talking about food. I asked don't you guy's see the call light on the responce that I got was we wasn't paying attention really.

I'm impressed with Bay Pointe Nursing Pavilion. It's a fairly good-sized facility. It's very clean and well-lit. The staff I have run into are very helpful. One other thing that impressed me is they allow 24-hour visits. They have social activities and they play bingo two or three times a week. They also play cards, have ice cream socials, and birthdays.

I have came across some horrible cna's and nurses. They leave patients that are total care wet all day and all night. They have attitudes and say deemeaning things to family. They do not turn their total care parients like they are suppose to.

Bay Pointe was a nice and adequate place. I liked the way they took care of the patients. They could improve on housekeeping. I didn’t like the fact that it had an unpleasant odor when you walk in.

The staff seemed to be very friendly to my family member who stayed in this facility. Even after she got out they would call her to see how she was doing. A nurse or two even visited her at a different facility after she was released. She didn't care for the food too much, but that was probably because she was so used to cooking herself. From what I could see, she was eating pretty well. They were also very available if she needed anything else like water or ice. I do wish she got to see an actual doctor more, rather than just the nurses. Overall, I think this is a nice place for someone in need of care. They also have a very nice place to go out and sit and have a visit. I would feel comfortable with her being in this facility again if she needed to. Hopefully that doesn't have to happen.
