Wow what a great therapy team. They had my dad walking within days. Caring team. Nurses were great. Your loved one will be safe here. Great team of social workers like Maria and Angela. Wow what an amazing effort in caring for our loved ones.

My sister is at Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, and she likes being there. The place is clean. The staff are attentive, and the residents are happy. My sister is very happy. She doesn't want (at the moment), to leave there. She's comfortable. The staff are respectful and attentive to the residents and visitors that come in. They make the patients their priority. If there's a problem, it's addressed immediately. The place is remarkable. If my sister said she's comfortable and happy, I see it. When I go there, everybody addresses you and is nice. My sister has been enjoying the meals, so I guess they're good. They have activities, and my sister goes to the activities. The staff in charge of the activities are very friendly and welcoming. If it's ice cream day, cookie day, or whatever, they give it to the family members also. The place is tidy. My sister is getting what she is paying for and more, I would say.

The nurses were nasty, the food was ice cold. My husband came home much sicker than he went in. I would never let him stay there again.

My Mother Elfreda Alie has been a resident of this Facility since 2018. Shortly after I went to visit and upon arrival to the Facility, I immediately realize how the facility was clean and smell fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. My Mother was a bit nervous at first but quickly adapt to her environment. It has been two years since my Mother has been a resident. The service is still superb!! Everyone including the kitchen staff, administrate personnel's, the CNA's, the Activities department and maintenance crew has given my Mother the love and attention she deserve. I couldn't have chosen a better Facility for my Mother as she is happy and is being cared for tremendously. Thank you Tamarac Rehabilitation Center! This is definitely home , away from home! This facility is as bad as expected. The medical care is almost nonexistent and what is given is worse than poor.

My husband, Ed, was a patient after a bad fall & suffering 2 fractures. His treatment was excellent. The whole staff was very caring & friendly even under bad situations. Rand & Herby were so very helpful to me as the Caretaker & to Ed’s treatments to get him back home. I would highly recommend Tamarac Rehab.

LOOK FURTHER! The lack of care, safety, & pure negect is Appalling! Especially toward the elder. It's even worse because most can not communicate effectively or at all. They do not communicate with each other or the family of the patient. There was not a doctor or head nurse in the facility or available to speak with us about our valid concerns or the critical care needs of our relative. She was not fed, given water or any fluids and pain medication was not given. They basically suffered the entire time they were there. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I myself would not believe it. The care given by this facility or lack of, could certainly be detrimental in recovery of any patient!

I am writing this review to help anyone considering this facility. My ninety year old mother was sent to Tamarac rehab for broken hip and almost died from lack of care and there total disregard for her declining health while there. I personally told them that her health was deteriorating and they did not respond to concerns. After her being delirious I finally told them that I was going to call 911 they finally decided to take her vital signs and she had a 103.2 when admitted at the hospital. The facility never administered Tylenol. Had I not intervened I feel she would not of survived the night. I am a retired RN and am appalled a lack of medical or personal care . Please don't make the same mistake that I did and do your homework.

I would recommend Tamarac Rehab highly. They have very good and caring staff. The room is a shared room, and it is very clean. The food was very good. They have a movie day as part of their activities.

My wife and I were both in Tamarac for rehab after surgery. I didn't think they're organized that well. I didn't think they have the facility. I didn't see anybody walking out of there upright.

My father chose to go to Tamarac because it was close to his home and we were very pleased with the care he received. He made remarkable progress with the physical and occupational therapy provided. The staff is very knowledgeable, they were friendly and went above and beyond to meet our demanding needs. The facility was very clean with no odors. My family and I were grateful for the care quality of care provided and the interest they took in my dad. I would recommend this facility.

staff members are not attentive at all staff do not speak English the place is in deplorable conditions. The auxiliary staff seems to be under pressure to get alot done in little time and therefore don't pay much attention to the patient.
