Staff turnover is great here and while there are some great workers like Patti in bookkeeping, Barb in activities and Beth and Jasmine in nursing there are many in the admin side that are not so good. Phone calls are not returned, problems are not addressed and corrected and most of the admin stay in their offices without client interaction. The new activities director does nothing. On Sunday there are zero activities for us here. This place is about money making and not care.

I went to tour Wentworth Central Avenue. It was a pleasant tour. It was in a good location. The place was clean and it looked good. The rooms were adequate and good for assisted living. I saw the full list of activities and the menu. The staff was friendly and did a good job of showing us around and explaining all that to us. The amenities that they had were good.

I went to visit Wentworth Central Avenue. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room. They were really helpful, they took my appointment quickly, and they answered all my questions. The facility is really nice and I like all the different activities they have there. They had games, a pool table, exercises, and they had a schedule where they take people for different activities and other stuff. I was really impressed. The apartments looked great. I want to take my brother to a place where there are healthy food options, and it seems like they have an abundance of those.

Wentworth Central Avenue was very nice. It was clean and I didn't hear any screaming or hollering so that's always a good sign. I think it's probably less money than some of them I've been looking at. You can move in there and they don't run you down trying to find you as long as you're like me, but if you don't, they do keep up with you so that if something happens, you will be missed. Like if you go somewhere, it's kind of like if you're in pretty good shape, you can come and go as you please. But they keep up with where you're going, why, and when you're going to be back, that sort of stuff. I noticed that and that was a good thing. The prices are good, but they're very small units. It wasn't very decorative, and pleasing to my eyes. They've got little balconies if you're on the second, third, or fourth floor. They do supply the kitchen refrigerators. Their refrigerator is very small, but as long as you don't want too much in there, it's fine. I mean, if you just want to put a couple of bottles of water, it's kind of like, it's not even as big as the one I have on my porch. It doesn't have a freezer, but you can get ice downstairs, and take it back to your room, so it wasn't a big deal. The staff wasn't pushy. He was very nice to me. He was very knowledgeable about what they had. All they have is a courtyard there. I'm looking for a little more than that. But, it's in a good location.

I toured Wentworth Central Avenue. It was beautiful. It was clean, and it smelled nice. The gentleman that we spoke to was very nice. The room was very small, but it was nice. I didn't get to see many amenities. I didn't have a meal and I didn't look too much into this one because it was so expensive compared to the other one.

Wentworth Central Avenue was very nice and very welcoming. I was very impressed with the staff. The sales guy was very professional, and I liked him a lot. Everybody I came into contact with seemed very nice. The rooms were very clean. The model room was nicely decorated. The studio is the one that we're going to go with for my mom. It was a nice size. I was very pleased with what I saw. They had a courtyard.

I was able to tour Wentworth Central Avenue. It was very nice and they have the 1-bedroom unit that I was interested in. The person who gave the tour was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I liked the atmosphere of the place a lot, it was very nice and very clean. They had the same amenities and activities as other places I toured, lots of games, and lots of options for what people can do. I saw the dining area, it was nice, open, and airy.

rooms that i have seen are good. interaction with the staff is really good, they are very friendly and helpful. i don't really use activities much as i keep myself entertained but i like the make and take-a-way jewelry the best. meals served three times a day in the dinning room, laundry done once a week, cleaning your room once a week, bus rides, covid testing twice a week.

I went to see Wentworth Central Avenue assisted living. The staff that accommodated me was very thorough, very communicative, very helpful, and they answered pretty much all my questions. The place is very clean, and it's a nice and quiet environment. The hallways are clean and there are no smells anywhere. It was lovely. The rooms that she showed me were very nice. Before you enter the dining area, there's a very, very large patio with some nice grass and chairs in some shade, and it's very nice.

Brentwood at St. Pete was my least favorite. The interior and stuff was tired. It's hard to explain, but there was a kind of blankness about the residents. They just didn't seem as engaged as the other places. I realized that can vary from time to time, and it depends on who's there, but I really didn't run into anybody I thought was kind of really connected. I think that was missing. That's why I don't think a virtual tour would ever work for me because I try to gauge the atmosphere. All the rooms were fine. The director who was showing me around explained that every place we went was going to be remodeled but I don't know what that means, how long, or when. They were going to be taking up carpeting, redoing the dining room, and redoing certain areas. I thought the entrance was very tired. It just didn't give me an overall good feel. It was clean, though. The staff who gave the tour was very good and very helpful. We connected very well. She tried to be very helpful and explained things to me that I didn't understand. We talked about food, and they also gave me a menu.

We are just in the process of moving my Mother. This facility is ultra clean and beautiful. The rooms are very large, even the studio. Her room has been given a total makeover before she moves in. The staff has been wonderful walking through the paperwork. (I would live there.). Caring.com took a lot of leg work off of me by providing a list of facilities near me as well as pricing. Choosing Brentwood was easy based on locale, price, and overall facility.

My aunt has moved into Brentwood at St. Pete. We were not even permitted to move her in and get her settled. I kind of raised my voice and was able to at least put her furniture in place for her. I had to go in dressed totally in surgery garb to get in there before she arrived. She's 92 and she's totally incapable of really even folding towels and putting them in her closet. I tried to do the best I could and met with a very difficult person in charge over this. We have not been able to even step foot in the facility since then. They are limited to their room for any meals. She entered the facility in the midst of COVID, so she's kind of like in prison. She cannot meet with anybody, she cannot be in any kind of social environment there. She sees the person who brings her food, the doctor comes in once a month, and also the medicine person, who according to her was never helpful. She can't get her hearing aid in, and they're not very helpful to assist her. According to the price that's paid, she gets certain things and one of them is med care and help with her medicine. My aunt feels imprisoned there because we can't even come visit her. I'm not sure what a realistic timeframe would be to be informed of things, but I feel it's delayed, like us trying to get them to answer our message that we left for the person who's in charge of her room. Everything is delayed. Sometimes we don't even get an answer from the person who called us, and it's not just a few times, it's common. She's getting very depressed and nobody's noticing that. She also has a hearing problem, so our communication on the phone is difficult. She never gets what food she orders.

Brentwood at St. Pete was very nice and really clean. The dining area was extremely small, it didn't really do anything for me. When I went to another community, it kind of sold me right away. This community was very nice and convenient. The staff that took us around, Marcia, she was very informative and showed us three rooms. I guess the overall experience was very nice, we just liked the other place better. I just didn't like the dining area, it wasn't that it wasn't clean, it was just very small and impersonable. They had activities for the residents there, if you want to go shopping for the day they have a bus that comes and picks people up, and they had doctors that come in if you want to see a doctor. There were different areas where you could watch TV or play pool and they had an outside garden area. I didn't notice anything weird smelling or anything like that. They offered different-sized rooms.

Brentwood at St. Pete was a beautiful place. We liked everything about it. It was the nicest one I went to. The dining area was very lovely and the rooms were nice and clean. Everyone there looked like they really were enjoying themselves. It's very well run, very organized, and very clean. The staff was great.

What's nice about Brentwood at St. Pete is that even if you go in as an independent living status, they don't move your room when your level of care changes. I thought that's a great plus. I like the location. The facilities include a big library, and a lot of other things. We went there for really good lunch at a private dining room. You can have one side of the menu any day, and the other side of the menu is a wonderful variety of specials. The staff is friendly and nice. We also met nice people at the fitness room where they can have therapy if you need it. The rooms were a little small.

Brentwood at St. Pete was a very nice, new facility, and the rooms were a good size. The only thing I didn't really like about it was the windows were small. I didn't feel it was as well it naturally as it could have been. They didn't really have any grounds to walk around. They had a couple of very small gardens. The physical condition of the place was outstanding. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Brentwood at St. Pete was a lovely place. We saw the assisted living area, and the rooms were wonderful. Having worked at the industry, I was very surprised with the spaciousness of the rooms that they showed me. The food was delicious, and the dining room was very nice. They also have a nice, small garden outside. It was very quiet and calming. I met with the lady downstairs and also some of the residents.

I just walked in unannounced at Brentwood, but after five or ten minutes, they had somebody come out, and showed me around. It appeared to be clean and everything seemed to be in place, but the rooms were too small. They had the usual Bingo and arts and crafts. The people were friendly and they answered my questions. The lady that took me around knew what she was talking about, told me what the situation was, and asked me how much I made. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough money for the facility.
