The on-site doctor does nothing but listen to his breathing once every 3 months. The staff is inattentive and the food is really awful. He takes his wheelchair to a nearby restaurant to eat because the food is not palatable whatsoever. They have no outside activities which makes the residents get four wall syndrome. They do have activities in the center occasionally but only for a few minutes at a time and not consistent at all. He does like being able to go have a cigarette 24/7 and the fact that they don't bother him for being a night owl. He doesn't have much choice in the matter or he would try to transfer elsewhere.
