We toured Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach and it was beautiful. The staff and the people that lived there were friendly. My brother-in-law's mother lived there before she passed away, so, we knew what we were going to go look at. It was just the same as it had been before except the paint was nicer. They had updated all the furniture and the paint.

I'm living in Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach. I just got in yesterday and slept here last night. I liked the place, and I couldn't ask for better care. There are a lot of new faces and new people, but so far everything has been very satisfactory. I couldn't sleep last night being the first night here, so I got up at four o'clock, I went down and they had a breakfast of cereal and a banana and some apple juice for me. There were girls there at four o'clock and I couldn't believe it. I ate and then I came back to my room and slept until about nine o'clock or so. Somebody knocked on my door and brought me breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. These people are waiting on me every minute I've been here. It's deluxe. The rooms are adequate and the whole association, that's their job to wait on people and they do an excellent job of it. I've had nurses, doctors, and people that are interested in my well-being, come to the room and check me out, and they've just done all they can to keep me going. The food was very good. The cereal was kind of small. I'm used to a big breakfast cereal, but then they brought me the eggs and the bacon and toast for breakfast so I ate again. I watched the Ducks play the Buffalo Colorado and I'm a Duck fan. They won, and they played a good game. I met the activity director and I haven't gotten anything yet because yesterday was Saturday and today is Sunday. They're really, really on top of things, and they know things about me that I don't even know. I don't know how they get all the information that they do. It's a very nice place. The staff is excellent. A lady came in and made my bed. I told my brother about it, he's ninety-four, and he'll be here in about a week. I'll have a relative here with me.

My sister will be moving into Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach. My first impression, the property looked nice and clean. The people were very, very friendly and talked to a few of the residents, and they were all pleased. The activities director was extremely nice, the health director, and everybody that I talked to, it just seemed like a good fit. I like the appearance of the place a lot, I like the way it was laid out. It's all on one level, and I don't like the elevator part and stairs.

My mom was in assisted living at Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach up until last month. Everything was fine. The staff was very accommodating and seemed very competent. She complained about the food, but I ate with her a couple of times and it wasn't bad. It's just bland, no salt, that kind of stuff. Most of her stay was during COVID, so they didn't offer a whole lot. They would play bingo, and that's the only thing she partook in. They had movie night, and they had people who came in. They had quite a bit -- she just didn't take advantage of it. They should have some cards though. It's very comfortable and very easy to get around. I would recommend them because of the staff. They are very friendly for the most part and helpful.

Our experience with Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach has been good. They have regular exercises. Mom also goes to physical therapy and occupational therapy. They have games, reading, someone comes in and plays music at least once a week, there's a monthly family night, and arts and crafts. She gets three meals a day plus snacks. They take her if she needs to go somewhere, like shopping or doctors' appointments. It's really clean. I really like it. She's been there for about two years, but she was in the independent living section. She moved into their assisted living program recently.

My husband and have lived here six months and i can truthfully say that we can find no fault with the services they provide. The food is above most of the places we visited and there ls a good choice of food. The staff is very good to the residents and always helpful. I espesially like the courtyard where we can enjoy the flowers and birds. The transportation to appointments is helpful and the activites enought to keep us as busy as choose tobe.

It is an excellent facility; it is beautiful. The dining area and the rooms are very attractive. Everything about this facility is very nice. I would certainly recommend this facility. Sue, one of the staff, has been very helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about her. She’s excellent and very nice.

My mother is in here, and I think its fine. I think it's great, and the activities are nice. I like it because it is small and intimate. The meeting room of the staff is the same as the patients' so they are not hidden in some hard to find office. The place is clean. I eat there, and the food is fine. However, in this place you cannot age out. They didn't have a license for if you got really sick and needed injections; you will need to go to a skilled nursing facility because they can't provide that kind of service. My mother is a hundred so we are concerned with that, and that is one of the issues with moving her. However, for what it is, it is great.

I recently visited this community for a Health/Educational seminar and was greatly impressed. The residents seem to be very happy and enjoy it. I did not realize we had anything like this in our area. They offer completely separate Independent villas as well as Assisted Living and Memory Care. I would live there myself and would love it if my own parents lived near and could have this as an option. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for themselves, family members or friends.
