Holiday Las Palmas was very nice, but it's not for people who have any kind of special needs. It's for people who can live pretty much independently and can get around. It's beautiful, and it's well taken care of. Everyone seems happy there. The apartments were very nice, very roomy, very spacious, and looked very comfortable and some of them had balconies. The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. Matter of fact, I had a situation where I ended up being late and she waited for me, so she was very, very accommodating. She told me there was a salon there that people could go to and get their hair done. The place seemed very clean and well maintained.

Las Palmas has a good setup. I'm content here. It's not high priced. It is the least expensive place that you can live in Palm Coast with all kinds of stuff included. It's nice, and I'm enjoying myself here. The staff are nice and hardworking people. I think they just need to expand their employee base. People that are here do a commendable job. Overall, they are very satisfactory. There are a number of different activities available. They have all kinds of games and things for people to do. They have a movie on the weekend. We just had a rodeo not too long ago where they had vendors and a horse in the yard. Once a week, you can sign up to take the bus and go out to a restaurant in the area and eat out. The dining area is adequate. I just wish there's more variety in the food; but by and large, they have good meals.

I toured Las Palmas for independent living. They provide three meals a day, laundry service, and cleaning. It was very clean. There were some updates, but you could see that they were still doing updates for some stuff that was a little outdated. New management took over last year, so you could see the upgrades that were happening. They looked like they were good updates to what needed to be done. Even the old stuff still looked clean. It wasn't like the old stuff was all that bad as much as it would be if outdated. The staff was very helpful, nice, and professional. As for amenities, there was a full dining room, a kitchen area that was on hand, a recreation area, a physical therapy room up on the third floor, church services, a hair salon, a swimming pool, and an exercise room. The individual apartments could range from a studio up to a three-bedroom carriage house. It just depends on what level and pricing you want to have. The food was good. We had a roast beef sandwich, a potato salad, and a fruit cup. It was filling enough for Dad because a lot of times he doesn't eat a bigger meal. It was very well proportioned for the age group. I ate one of the fries and I took a bite of the potato salad and a bite of the fruit. Dad ate his sandwich. What I did eat of it, it was good. Dad ate all of it and was smiling the entire time. The facility was well planned out and accessible.

I went to look at Las Palmas. They had two gorgeous apartments. I had to be able to cook my own food. I'm on dialysis, and I had a gastric bypass. No institutional cooking works. You're paying for their food because they all insist on feeding you. I looked at the menus, and I could eat breakfast there, but that's about it. I couldn't eat any of their lunches. They had a library, an activity room, a gym, and an area for people to do puzzles, but then nobody was doing anything. There was no activity whatsoever. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. We wore masks. We filled out a questionnaire when we got there. There was a corner apartment and had all these windows. I could have set up my easel there. The room was big enough that I could have gotten an IKEA cabinet and filled in enough so that I would be able to prepare food. The bedroom sizes were wonderful. I could have set up my sewing and all the other stuff in the other bedroom. So I was all excited about that, but the price was just unreal.

I toured Las Palmas for my dad and I'm signing the lease agreement right as we speak. It's a beautiful place, and I chose it for its cost and the quality. The staff's name was Melanie, and she was very professional, and I was very happy. We looked at a studio and it was very well maintained. The dining rooms were beautiful, but he hasn't had a meal here yet. They have a big old chest game that they have everything you could imagine. They go out for trips and stuff.

I toured Las Palmas for my mother, and it was nice. I wasn't sure about the fit for her, because I thought it was a little bit like a nursing home type set up, and she's coming from a big house, but it was a very nice facility. The staff is very nice, helpful, and friendly. The dining area was nice.

We moved into Las Palmas. If I wanted to cook a meal, I have a little kitchen in my cottage and I could make something, and that's one of the things that I like. The people around are very, very nice, the people living in the other cottages, and also the people in the offices. If I have any problem, right away, they come trying to solve it. Today, I had a pedicure, which I needed really bad. There is a beauty salon and a library where they have puzzles that we can go and spend time in. There is a heated pool that I'm dying to use, but I can't 'cause I didn't get my furniture and my clothes yet, so I'm very limited. They prepare food, but they always miss something, like for breakfast, it's essential to have a coffee or a cup of tea, and it's not there. If they bring salad, there is no dressing.

This November, my husband has moved into Las Palmas. It is a great place. We just like it. The food is good, the people are nice, and the facilities are great. I don't have any complaints at all. He doesn't like to do anything but watch TV, but other residents are playing Wii, puzzles, and bingo. They always have something going on. The staff is great. They're helpful and very pleasant. The room is wonderful. It is beautiful, with small balconies, windows, and nice views.

I checked out Las Palmas, and I really liked it. It was like a hotel. I talked to a couple of people that lived there, and they seemed happy. The rooms were really nice, the food was good, and everything was perfect. The staff was very good.

We had friends who liked living at Las Palmas. The couple had a third floor, two-bedroom place, and when he passed away, his wife moved to a single-bedroom on the third floor. It's a very nice place. We had a very nice meal there. It would be my first choice.

I liked Las Palmas very much, but I cannot afford it. It’s very clean. The rooms were nice, 2-bedrooms. They got a lot of swimming pool and other activities there. The dining area is very pretty and nice. We liked everything about it. If I could afford that, I would move in tomorrow and give up this house.

I chose Las Palmas for my mother-in-law. It was the least expensive and provides food and transportation. It's very convenient being as it's close to our house. The staff seems very good, is always available, and answers all of our questions. They have quite a few activities going on every day.

I was impressed with Las Palmas. It was a very nice, fairly new facility that allowed pets. I would have suggested it to my parents if things turned out differently. I saw the two-bedroom unit, which was the one I liked for them. The dining room was very nice. The staff memeber who assisted me with the tour was very pleasant.

Las Palmas was a lovely place. It was just too big, so I thought my friend would not be able to get the kind of care she needed. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff who assisted me during the tour was very cordial. I would recommend this facility. The dining room was nice.

Las Palmas is a very nice place. When we walked in, we saw it has a big dining room. They had a big outdoor heated pool that was all screened in. The staff was very nice. We had lunch in the facility, and the food was very good. They had a lot of activities.

Las Palmas was beautiful, and I would have loved for my parents to go there. It was 55 and over, and both my husband and I are over 55, so we liked that we could live here. It was very nice.

I love everything about Las Palmas. I love the way they cook for the residents and they clean. You name it, they do it for you, and I love it. The people are very nice as well. If you have the money, this is the place to go.

The staff at Las Palmas was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. None of them has a kitchen area because they serve them meals. The food was good. It was very tasty. The residents seemed happy. The environment seemed very good. The facility was clean. They have a recreational area, several different games, and a library section. They seemed to care very much for their residents. They were very gracious. I just thought it was very expensive, but it is for those who have money and can afford it.

I visited Las Palmas because it was in the neighborhood where I live. In fact, I had been back several times because I have several friends living there. They have nice accommodations. The people there were very friendly. However, it was a bit expensive for me.
