Glenda B gave my mother extraordinary care during her stay at the Palms. Glenda consistently exhibited outstanding knowledge, compassion and professionalism throughout her time with my mother. In addition to my mother, I witnessed Glenda give the same excellent attention and kind consideration to all of the ladies in her care. Glenda is a wonderful caregiver, and very special lady!!!!

The Palms Rehabilitation & Health Care was fairly clean, but when I spoke to the kitchen about my husband's likes and dislikes, nobody paid attention. He had trouble eating, and there was nobody there to help feed him or anything except for one woman. When she was on duty, she came in and helped feed him. So I'm not happy with that place at all. You couldn't get hold of anybody when you called.

Quick personalized rehab results! Staff are caring and extremely helpful. The Palms is by far the best place for Mom. She has made such tremendous strides and will be coming home tomorrow.

The Village at Hayes Valley's people were very helpful and pleasant. It was a nice place and a little livelier than some. There were more people out and doing things than at similar communities. They had activities going on and seemed to work to keep the residents engaged. The rooms were small but very nice, pleasant, and well-maintained. The staff took good care of the residents, their physical health and mental needs.

I can't say enough about this facility. My grandmother was a patient for about 3 months while recuperating from multiple falls and fractured hip. The nursing and therapy staff were very caring, attentive and always communicated with her and our family on her progress and what to expect. Very grateful for the amazing care she received before returning home.
