Grand Palms is fantastic. I like that the dementia unit has communities for the male and the female, which is a big plus. The staff cares about the residents. The activities are good, and they have an activities person 7 days a week. The food is wonderful. I have meals there, which are good. My friend has been there around 2 years. It's clean and well maintained. I definitely would recommend this place.

Grand Palms is very nice and, as far as we know, the staff is fine. The rooms are clean and roomy, the dining room is set up very nice, and the food is pretty good. They have a lot of stuff to do. Mom has only been there for less than two months. It is bright, comfortable, and appears very clean.

I found Grand Palms for my mother. They handle assisted living, memory issues, Alzheimer's, and dementia facilities. It is very good. It is a private place, very professional, and very nice. It is more like a resort. We are just so extremely pleased that our mother is being totally cared for, and it just feels that she is completely safe now. Everything there is quite new. It is a fairly new center. They have a limited number of people there. It is not a large complex. It is small with individual rooms and bathrooms. Then they have a common area with restaurant-style dining, three meals a day, and areas for crafts and different things like that. My mother seems very happy, and she is doing much better. She is healthier. They make sure that the doctors come there and visit and that she gets her medicines.

We found Grand Palms for one of our parishioners. It was a new facility and it was in a residential neighborhood. It also had a nursing facility that was in the same property it was in. It had three hallways. It had a memory hallway -- which was secured -- and then another two apartment hallways. They had one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. The staff was very good. They had a bistro and a cafeteria as well. They served all three meals. Their dining area was very nice, very professional, and casual. It was a family style dining. They had activities all the time. They do bingo and they had an activity every day of the week.

A real life saver. The management and staff couldn't be better. They had anticipated my dad's needs and always deliver. The place is beautiful. The staff is kind and the food is great. What else could you ask for?

My dad needed 24-hour help but wanted to live in assisted living, not a nursing home. Grand Palms was one of the few facilities that could actually provide that. Plus, it really did what so many other places only say they do-but then don't. They treated him with love, dignity, and respect. They provided consistent high-quality care even at night and on weekends. They regularly checked on him to be sure he was okay, even during the night. As a result, my Dad thrived in this environment and we couldn't be happier.
